The Librarians Season 3 Episode 6 "And the Trial of the Triangle" Review

In order to stop the spread of pure evil, the team must find the Eye of Ra and unravel the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle; Flynn must pass a series of tests.

This was a very interesting episode that was a little confusing at some parts but it was still really fun to watch. I did really like that in this episode they brought up a bit about some of the past librarians and a little history around that. Then I also really lie the idea that they went with for the Bermuda Triangle and they went with the thought that it is a wormhole to another dimension. I also liked that his whole episode revolved around teamwork and how Flynn is still struggling to work with the rest of the team. Now by the end of this episode, that problem with teamwork wasn't really all that fixed but it definitely looks like he's willing to work on it. I did really like that the other dimension had an Alice in Wonderland theme for it and when it is explained why it is there just for fun. It was a little weird how the team had this whole plan of what to do once they got on the plane to take care of themselves but for some reason, they didn't think about the other passengers until they were already on the plane. And I could have easily let that go with the thought that they were so wrapped up with planning it was one thing that slipped their mind but for the fact that they made such a big deal of trying to save everyone it seemed like it should have been a bigger deal before they got on the plane. I did like the distraction between Flynn and Eve to try and help the rest of the team get through the security with all their equipment. I find it kind of weird that Flynn doesn't really know Spanish because I felt like that should be easy for him, and they did give some reason but it was still odd. But I do have to say overall this was a really fun and entertaining episode.

Code Black Season 2 Episode 11 "Exodus" Review

A city-wide blackout leaves Angels Memorial without power or backup generators.

This was a really interesting episode that did a lot without over doing it. I did really like the idea of the blackout but the reason it caused them trouble was because of the boiler explosion all the way back in episode three that has yet to be fixed and ended up damaging the backup generator. That whole reason and the plan was a little strange but it still was pretty fun. I really liked the whole migration thing where all the noncritical patients are sent to walk down the street to the next closest medical facility. It was fun to see them all just slowly walking together and with the one guy high on pain medication for his kidney stone it made it a lot better. Then it interesting to see Leanne arguing with the doctor of this other medical facility about the best actions in healing all the patients. Then I liked the idea of having Jesse there and watching him and Campbell working together and Campbell realizing how much the ER needs Jesse around because he knows everything. Then Ethan working with the women who was slowly dying was very interesting with how eventually Dr.Nolan managed to convince him to go along with the old ladies fantasies. And just overall this was a really entertaining episode that ended on a very happy note.

Scorpion Season 3 Episode 11 "Wreck the Halls" Review

Team Scorpion's mountain getaway on Christmas Eve turns deadly when they cross paths with gun-runners and Ralph is kidnapped.

This was a really interesting episode that had some weird turns that didn't make all that much sense and a lot of the problems in this episode came out from sheer coincidence. I did really like the idea of the team going on a technology free trip into the woods to celebrate Christmas. It was a little weird with the guy that they saved how quickly they came to trust him even though later that came back to bite them because they asked the wrong question to see whether he was good or bad. I did really like all the thing with Toby trying to make this a perfect Christmas for Happy and everything that went into that, it was especially nice because Happy was trying to do the same for him. A lot of the coincidence moments were things like when one of the gun runners just happens to see their government issue licenses plates just before he walks far enough to get jumped on by Cabe and Walter. Then they just happen to leave Ralph alone with the true bad guy,  and there just happens to be a strong enough fire causing the gun runner to find them. It was really cool how they managed to use the gun runners walkie talkies as a way to contact help when they are stuck in the cabin with the men with guns waiting outside and they had nothing. It was also really fun how they went all Home Alone style on the gun runners when they eventually tried to get into the house. I did really like the moment between Happy and Sylvester where she tells him to just be himself. I am really sad that Tim left because I was finally kind liked seeing him around. The change in tone between Walter and Tim at the end of this episode was a little strange but also kind of sweet. And I understand why he left because he truly is a leader and he can't be the leader of Walter's team so he needed to go somewhere else. And just overall this was a really fun and entertaining episode.

The Librarians Season 3 Episode 5 "And the Tears of a Clown" Review

The Librarians investigate a mysterious traveling carnival and discover how dangerous their collection of magical artifacts could be.

This was a really fun and entertaining episode that had a lot of really great moments to it. I really liked in the beginning of this episode how it was Jenkins going around the carnival looking for the librarians. I wish they could have done a bit more with Jenkins because it was really fun watching him run around kind of being a librarian himself. It was a little weird how the thing that woke the librarians up from the spell they were under was just some basic smelling salts. Then the main runner of the carnival his whole evil plan was a little weird because I understood it fine but why was it even really a thing. I was so cool to see Felicia because it was a complete surprise to me. The magical item in this episode was really cool for the fact that it was a brand new magical item so there was no record of what it could be. It was especially fun in the scene where Stone kept telling them what the item could be and later all the rest come to the same conclusion after completely ignoring him the whole time. The magical items abilities was a little weird because, on one hand, it did some basic mind control while it also turned people into clowns and did some other small things. I do have to say overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait to see the next one with what the preview was showing for it.

Pure Genius Season 1 Episode 8 "Around the World in Eight Kidneys" Review

James and the surgeons of Bunker Hill try to make medical history with an organ transplant chain of 16 surgeries with donors and patients from all over the world.

This such an interesting and great episode that managed to have a lot of development in its characters even though with this episode they had to deal with a lot of characters. I really liked their whole set up of this international organ chain with that moment of all them speaking different languages and everything to get files and find people it was just so cool to see. And I really liked how each of the donors was a variety of different people all just wanting to help each other out. I really liked the mine lady and her daughter and just how willing the mother was to die a slow and painful death just so that her daughter could go and live her dreams as a dancer. And the whole device they worked on to help with her dialysis was kind of cool with how they eventually made it all work. Then Zoe doing all this stuff behind Walter's back just so she could save her patient I don't must care for because it was complete manipulation of another person. Then the truth about the secret patient was kind of cool because they did a really good job of keeping everything about the person a mystery. And the moments at the end of this episode were really great with all the people who needed kidneys meeting those who donated to them. And I really liked that the lady who was supposed to donate to Constance made the promise that once she was able to she would donate. And just overall this was a really sweet and entertaining episode to watch.

Scorpion Season 3 Episode 10 "This Is the Pits" Review

.

Team Scorpion must rescue a woman trapped in the La Brea Tar Pits before she runs out of oxygen.

This was such a great episode with a kind of simple plot but it was done really well so it kind of made up for the fact that there isn't much there. The whole part about Walter doing all kinds of things to try and get Paige more interested in him again was funny with some of the things he did, but it was also a little annoying with how his opinion on whether to go after Paige or not keeps changing. Then it was also a little annoying that of course, something happened to Tim to give better reasons as to why he is still sticking around. I did really like all the mismatch of scuba gear and random things they used to make the best possible scuba suit for Walter to go down into the tar pits. Then all the other things they did to try and minimize burns was kind of interesting to watch. It was also very interesting the things this woman had in her car because I don't have like half of that stuff. I don't have a flair or athletic tape so if it were me in my car I would be fucked. The only thing I have that she did too was a flashlight. Then the scenes with Ralph and Paige's mother were really fun to watch the two of them working together to make some money. And just overall this was a really fun and entertaining episode to watch.

The Librarians Season 3 Episode 4 "And the Self-Fulfilling Prophecy" Review

After seeing a vision of her own death at the hands of a supernatural assassin, Baird attempts to stop the deadly prophecy from coming true.

This was a really great and interesting episode that had some twists to it and was really fun to watch. I really liked the idea at the beginning of this episode where the group wakes up and can't remember anything of what happened to them. The beginning scene where they were at the pizza place seemed a little weird because they could have gone anywhere and they chose to have the first encounter with the reaper be there. I really liked all the planning and explanation around the prophecy glass and cubes that were kind of cool to see that amount of detail in it. It was really weird how they used the prophecy glass however because they seemed to jump from not wanting to use it to using all the time to see what was behind the next door. Then I might have missed it but it really seemed like Cassandra just disappeared when they were at the pool and showed up again back at the Library. And I kind of wish they would have done a bit more with the side characters in this episode instead of them being more or less  like shadows to the rest of the group. I did really like that they brought up the fact that one of the side characters used the word prophecy glass before ever being told what that was, and leaving that as little clues to the truth. I did really love all the greek mythology throughout this episode connecting everything together. All the moments with Jenkins in this episode were really great to watch and see how his age or immortality fit into solving or creating problems in this episode. The hourglass was also really cool to watch Baird use it to help her in making life or death decisions because she can't die until the hourglass runs all the sand. And just overall this was a really great and interesting episode that was really a lot of fun to watch.

Pure Genius Season 1 Episode 7 "A Bunker Hill Christmas" Review

When a young leukemia patient comes to Bunker Hill in need of a miracle, James hopes a new t-cell cancer treatment will save her life, as her optimism inspires him to become a better person. Also, Malik and Zoe agree to go on a date just as James confesses his feelings to her, and Julianna's Christmas visit with Walter uncovers the strain in their long-distance marriage.

This was a very interesting episode that had a lot of really great stories in it that were so much fun to watch. Madeline was such an interesting and great character that was in there to help out so many others by just being willing to listen to them. I liked the moment where she tries to get Zoe to sing along with her that was such a fun and sweet moment. Then the part with James finally telling Zoe how he feels was so sad because of the timing of it but it leaves be curious to know what would have been her answer if she hadn't already scheduled a date with Malik. Then the ending moment between Madeline and James was not all that surprising but it still was so sweet to watch and it made me cry seeing how happy she was. Then the whole relationship between Malik and Zoe I find really interesting, but I don't think it will last for very long. Giselle's whole story was also really cool to watch them working on ways to help her so she could go back to helping others. Then the whole relationship troubles between Julianna and Walter I can kind of understand them, but it was a little weird that she flipped her opinion in one night kind of. Then everything around Louis in this episode was a little sad because he has done all this waiting for a cure and now he just has to do more waiting because their cure hasn't been fully tested out yet to be able to go to human trials. And just overall this was a really entertaining and great episode.

Code Black Season 2 Episode 10 "Ave Maria" Review

The doctors must treat Campbell's 13-year-old daughter when she arrives at the hospital after a seizure caused by spinal bifida; a deaf work addict and her translator seek medical assistance ate their car rolls over into the Los Angeles River.

This was a very interesting episode that went with having a lot of major stories to it so it was a little harder to follow than other episodes but it was still a really cool watch. The parts with the deaf lady and her translator were really cool to watch them trying to communicate with each other but still never fully hearing each other. And it was just fun to watch Elliot have to be the sort of go-between for both of them because he also knows sign language. Then Campbell's daughter was a very interesting story with what was all told around his life with her. But still, I have a hard time believing this whole time that he has had this very ill daughter at home. Yes, he did bring up the fact that she has learned since a young age to basically take care of herself, but still, things are just not adding up right in my mind for that. Then Ethan's whole storyline with his commander was interesting and I do wish we could have seen a bit more of them, but it did leave me curious to know if most of the relationship between the two of them is because Ethan can easily supply the officer with drugs. Then everything surrounding Guthrie in this episode was so interesting to watch all the massive fallout surrounding everything. And just overall this was a really great episode that left a lot of things open and I am really excited to see how everything turns out.

Arrow Season 5 Episode 9 "What We Leave Behind" Review

After the attack on Curtis, Oliver realizes Prometheus is planning to make a deadly move on all of Team Arrow; Felicity and Malone find a clue that ties Prometheus to Oliver's past.

This was a very interesting episode that managed to reveals a lot and it had so many surprises that were really kind of cool to see. I did really like the beginning of this episode where Oliver and Thea are at the holiday party and Felicity is walking around introducing Billy to some of team Arrow kind of. Then along with that the other little holiday party that the rest of Team Arrow was having was having back at the base I liked how friendly they all were. The whole thing between Curtis and Paul is a little weird to me because I get where Paul is coming from but also it just because you are no long living together doesn't mean you'll stop worrying about him. I really liked the flashback moments back to like an episode in season one that I kind of can vaguely remember what all went down in that episode. It was just really cool to have the flashbacks not be from Oliver on the island it was something kind of different. The surprise of who Prometheus is was kind of cool and his whole plan is a little weird for there reasons behind it, but I also can't wait to see it all play out. The whole ending fight scene between the Green Arrow and Prometheus was really cool but how can you try and prove that Oliver is a killer when all you are doing is setting him up for the kill. Yes, I understand it from the public perspective it will be bad because they'll find the body with the Green Arrow's arrow in there, but still, I don't get it from Prometheus's view. Then Evelyn switching sides is just so weird to me because she did it because Oliver is a killer in her eyes but is she really forgetting about all the people Prometheus has killed or almost killed. The ending of this episode was so great and interesting and I'm so excited to see what will happen when the show comes back.

The Flash Season 3 Episode 9 "The Present" Review

Barry heads for Earth-3 to get advice from Jay Garrick on how to stop Savitar; Wally tells Barry he's been training with H.R.; old wounds are reopened as Cisco faces Christmas without Dante.

This was such a great episode that had some parts that I didn't really care for but still it was so entertaining to watch everything go down. One thing that kind of bugged me but not drastically is how did the team not link Julian to maybe being Alchemy when they found out that Julian went on this expedition to find the stone Alchemy has. And like I said in one of my reviews for an episode earlier in this season I knew Barry was going to tell Julian that he is The Flash, and I still hate it because why can't one person stay oblivious to the truth. It was really cool that they brought up the voice change in Alchemy that I kind of noticed in the trailer for this episode. Wally telling the rest of the group about the fact that he was training with H.R. this quickly was so bad, not for the fact that it was obvious everyone would freak out, but for the fact Wally can't seem to keep a god damn secret. Like to the point that if Wally was real I wouldn't tell him anything private because he would just tell everyone else. It was kind of cool that they did show they this philosopher's stone does have some kind of mind control powers with what it did to Cisco in this episode, and it kind of help Wally's case when he went and got his powers it was because he was being controlled and not because he was super power hungry. I really love the scene where Barry goes to Earth-3 to get Jay it was just kind of cool to see that earth and The Trickster. Which the one thing that I kind of noticed is that everytime The Trickster is on he sounds more and more like The Joker from the animated Batman series. Which I am aware that they are the same person but still. The scene where Jay is fighting up against Savitar was so awesome with how everything was shown. It was really interesting how they decided to show us a bit of what's to come by sending Barry into the future. Which with that it was a little odd how Jay made this whole statement of how Speedsters can only travel to the past but not the future, but then how did Jay get there to save Barry. Because I understand Barry being there was an accident but Jay makes very little since. But I do have to say I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait for it to come back so I can see how everything plays out.

Agents of SHIELD Season 4 Episode 8 "The Laws of Inferno Dynamics" Review

With the lives of everyone in Los Angeles hanging in the balance, S.H.I.E.L.D. and Ghost Rider find themselves working together.

This was a very interesting mid-season finale that had some really great moments to it but overall not a lot of story, it was more just cleaning things up. I did really did like that the director and Coulson sort of came out with the truth to each other about what they were doing and sort of how everything is connected. The scenes with Eli in this episode were very interesting to watch a see him slowly go more and more crazy with every minute. I really loved the scene where Daisy, Yo-yo, and Robbie going into the building to find Eli just to have the hallway light on fire, that was just such a cool moment to me. And with that, all the moments with Yo-yo in this episode were really great to see her using her speed to mess with things and put things in her favor. But I feel the writers and directors are stretching her abilities a bit too much to the point where it seems more like she has super-speed rather than a kind of like a spring back power. Then the almost dark matter like bomb that Eli had was pretty interesting even if I couldn't fully understand what it was. Aida in this episode was so good and with how this episode ended for her was so good and pretty much exactly how I thought her storyline would go, and I'm so excited to see more. The final fight scene with Eli was very interesting with all the different parts to it and it ended with a lot of things still up in the air. And just overall this was a great episode and I'm so excited to see what happens next when the show comes back.

The Librarians Season 3 Episode 3 "And the Reunion of Evil" Review

A routine artifact retrieval becomes complicated when the artifact grafts itself to Cassandra; a blizzard forces Stone and Cassandra to take shelter at a mysterious hotel.

This was such a fun and great episode that had a lot of really great moments to it that were so funny. I really liked the beginning with Stone and Cassandra out in the winter storm trying to get the stone before the weather got worse. I like the idea of Cassandra using magic but I also understand why Stone is hesitant so letting her use it, which is why I really liked the needing of this episode where he explains why he doesn't like the idea of using magic. The frost giants were pretty cool especially in the moments where Stone didn't know what they were, but with that it did get a little tiresome and repetitive. The moment where they are all tied up and Stone is distracting the giants while Cassandra tries to escape was very cool with how he did the distraction. And I really loved the moment where Stone had to try and prove that he is a frost giant by convincing one of them that they are friends. I also really liked Ezekiel having to take care of Nessie's egg and just watching him grow to love this egg more and more as the episode goes on. Then the ending chunk where Stone and Cassandra are trying to escape back into the library was very funny with them never making it on time. And just overall this was a very funny and great episode to watch.

Once Upon a Time Season 6 Episode 10 "Wish You Were Here" Review

The Evil Queen uses Aladdin's lamp to make Emma's wish of never being the Savior come true, sending Emma to an alternate reality of the Enchanted Forest; Regina and David both make bold moves in order to try to find Emma; Gold and Belle receive surprising news about their son.

This was a very interesting episode that had some really great moments to it and some things were a little wired. When it was brought up that this episode was going to have Emma no longer being the savior I didn't know what to expect them to do. And what they did do was okay because I liked the idea that the enchanted forest was doing okay with Emma not being a savior but the fact that they made Emma such a weakling that just seemed so odd and not right, because you can still be a bad-ass princess and not be the savior. I liked the moments with Regina where she had to deal with everyone hating her again and she had to dress-up and play the role of the Evil Queen. Then it was kind of cool to see Henry as a knight and a little bit of a savior. The ending for Emma and Regina was really kind of weak because they missed their portal home just because Regina got distracted, Emma could have just shoved her in the portal or something instead of them both standing there yelling at each other. All the moments with the Evil Queen in this episode were okay to some degree or another. I did like the moment with the genie lamp and Regina reminds the Evil Queen that they are the same person so they both can use the genie's wishes. The moment with David fighting the Evil Queen really made very little to no sense at all. Gold and Belle in this episode seemed like a pretty cool storyline that I'm interested in seeing when the show comes back. And I did really like that they ended this first half of the season with relieving who it is under the hood that is destined to kill Emma. And just overall this was a really fun and entertaining episode.

Pure Genius Season 1 Episode 6 "Bunker Hill, We Have a Problem" Review

Walter and the Bunker Hill surgeons must perfect a revolutionary remote surgery when someone on the International Space Station needs an emergency procedure. Also, the team uses social media to locate the source of an E. coli outbreak in town; and Zoe and Malik's flirtation heats up.

This was a very interesting episode that going in I really didn't know what to expect and I was very pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed watching it. The whole idea about the ISS procedure was kind of cool to watch and see how everything went down. And I do have to agree with Walter that James wanting to stream the surgery live is not a goo idea for all the different things that could go wrong and hurt the reputation of Bunker Hill instead of growing it. I did kind of like the idea that the doctor on the ISS had to be his own nurse when it was discovered that he was ill but I also kind of feel bad for him because he had to be awake through all that pain. I was kind of hoping that James would've still streamed the surgery even though Walter told him not to, but the fact that he didn't is good and showing that he is growing as a character. The story with the E. coli was kind of cool to watch them working on how to fix everything and find the source of the E. coli. It was very interesting to see how they kind of hid the source of the E. coli outbreak until James figured it out because I came to the same conclusion at the same time he did because it made a lot of sense. The main couple that had the E. coli were a little hard to watch with how loving they were to each other, but the ending scene for them was really sweet. It was a little weird in the moment where Angie compared Dr. Scott's thing of always eating an apple and comparing it to being an addiction. And I was kind of waiting for something to happen because of Zoe and her lack of sleep but nothing did so I was a little disappointed that the idea that Zoe was really tired really was not all that important of a fact at all. And just overall this was a really entertaining and fun episode to watch.

Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 Episode 7 "Invasion!" Review

The Legends work with The Flash, Supergirl, and Green Arrow to kill the invaders; while working out how to defeat the Dominators, Stein gets distracted by the aberration he created in 1987.

This was a really interesting episode that did a great job of warping things up and end it all on a kind of happy note. I really liked seeing a bit of the time travel and how it affected the future. Again I feel really bad for Barry because even more problems emerge because of flash point. And basically, the only way to fix thing peacefully is for Barry to give up, which seemed a little weird because they never brought up this idea at any point earlier so it kind of came out of nowhere that the aliens are after Barry. I really liked the scenes with Dr. Stein getting to know his daughter and seeing just how similar she is to him. Oliver and Kara's relationship was a little hard to follow because did Oliver not like her just because she is New or was there something I missed in the conversation. I really loved watching the final fighting scene where there all battling the aliens in their own unique ways, and the aliens just sort of leaving because they are outsmarted I don't think that will last for very long. The agent guy they met I don't think he will say out of the picture for very long either especially when it comes to Barry. And just overall I really enjoyed this episode and it was so, much fun to watch.

Arrow Season 5 Episode 8 "Invasion!" Review

Oliver wakes up to a life in which his parents are alive and he is about to marry Laurel; Felicity faces a new threat with the help of The Flash and Supergirl.

This was a really interesting episode that had some moments that were really good and some that were a little weird. I really enjoyed seeing the shared world between Ray, Sara, Thea and Oliver and how they all fit into that world. The version of Laurel in this dream world was a little annoying but it also makes sense kind of because this version of Laurel hasn't seen several people she loves die or anything like that. And with that is was kind of cool to see some of the people who have died over the past seasons and for some they didn't really talk much but still, it was kind of cool to see them there. I also really loved seeing all the villains from the past seasons and see them have a little team up together to stop the four from escaping the dream world. I did feel really bad for Thea because I could understand why she didn't want to leave the dream world because if she did she would basically have to watch all these people die again. Roy remembering what the aliens were saying and then repeating it perfectly so that Gideon could translate it seemed a little impossible. Then all the moments with Team Arrow seemed so weird and just not right at all. I didn't much care for Curtis and Rory acting all obsessed over Barry and Kara. And I really didn't care for the one moment with Rene in this episode because I was completely okay with Rene not being a fan of aliens and metahumans, but the fact that he switches his opinion so quickly that really bugged me. He went from "superpowers are evil and I want nothing to do with them," to "if superpowers are a thing it's good there are people like you," a bit too quickly for it to be okay in my opinion just because Kara and Barry kind of saved him. But still, this was a really fun episode for the team up and celebration of the 100th episode of Arrow. And just overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait to see how everything ends.

Code Black Season 2 Episode 9 "Sleight of Hand" Review

When a police officer arrives at the emergency room with an explosive bullet stuck in her leg, a risky operation is needed to be performed by Wills, Leanne and Jesse; a magician having difficulty breathing comes to Angel's memorial for help.

This was a very fun and entertaining episode that was also really sad to watch and it actually made me cry multiple times. I liked seeing the whole beginning scene where Wills and Nora are in the ambulance on the way to the shooting to help out the police officers that had been hit. It was so cool to see Nora reacting to being on the scene and having to do all this really quick stuff to save these three lives. The police officers who were injured each had some fairly interesting stories, but the main one of the three had to be the lady. The moment where the other officers carried her bed so that Wills could operate on her in an area where no one else could get hurt was one of the first moments that made me cry because it was so well done with how everything was shown. Then I loved the scene where Leanne and Jesse broke the rules and went in to help Wills do the surgery on the officer, and it was fun to see everyone applauding were they got the bullet out. The magician was really just there to add a bit of light into this otherwise really sad episode. Then the lady with lupus was such a great storyline that I kind of wish it could have been the highlight of a different episode. The ending with her brother was the other two scenes that made me cry because it was so touching to see how much the brother and sister actually loved each other. And just overall I really enjoyed this episode and it had a lot of really great moments to it.

Agents of SHIELD Season 4 Episode 7 "Deals with Our Devils" Review

With the loss of half the team, the remaining members search for answers as the clock counts down for Ghost Rider.

This was a very interesting episode that I kind of like for how everything played out and the way everything was shown. I did kind of like the whole idea of showing the real version of events and then going and showing those same events from the ghost dimension that Coulson, Fitz, and Robbie are stuck in. I liked it but become the would be re-showing the same scene twice it did get a little boring to hear the same conversations again. I did really like that they did address Simmons going missing and showing what she was up to. Those moments were kind of really interesting and I hope they come back as some kind of importance in the future with the guy now coming out of Terrigenisis. The scenes with Daisy and Robbie were really fun with them trying to track down Mack and Robbie freaking out as Daisy scratches up his car. Then I really loved the scene with Robbie and the Rider finally talking to each other and making a deal that they both agree on and understand. Aida in this episode was kind of cool to see her truly helping  out and doing things that the humans couldn't. I want to know how is could see Fitz and Coulson in the ghost dimension because that seemed like such a weird moment to me. And I really want to know what Aida has planned with how this episode ended on her. And just overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait for more.

The Flash Season 3 Episode 8 "Invasion!" Review

Barry asks Green Arrow for help when aliens attack Central City, but when they realize that won't be enough, they track down the Legends of Tomorrow so they can bring Supergirl in on the battle.

This was such a great starter episode to the big team up, some parts were a little confusing and hard to follow, but it was just so much fun. It is a little weird how much Cisco seems to not like Barry which to some degree I can understand but it is also going a bit too overboard for my liking, with him basically handing Barry over to be ridiculed by the rest of the group. And them just laying on more issues because of Barry messing with the timeline is good too and extent because Barry should understand the consequences of his actions but the fact that it all keeps getting laid on there is getting a little tiresome with it being bad thing after bad thing. It was such a cool moment seeing all the different teams gathering together to work through this problem. It was a little weird how Barry took Oliver and Diggle away from fighting the Vigilante but didn't do anything to stop the Vigilante. It was really cool to see Oliver kind of step up to be the leader because he truly is the one who started all of this mess or people. The aliens were kind of interesting but also really hard to follow on what their plan actually is. It was really cool to see Barry and Oliver fight up against all the other heroes who are affected by the alien's weapon. I kind of like the idea of HR and Wally working in secret on training Wally to become a hero, but I also don't like it because I'm having a hard time trusting HR still. The ending of this episode actually leaves we super excited to see what will happen next now that they kind of split the teams up to some extent. Overall this was a really fun episode and I can't wait to see more.

Supergirl Season 2 Episode 8 "Medusa" Review

As Eliza comes to National City for Thanksgiving, Kara turns to Lena for help when Cadmus unleashes a virus that instantly kills aliens, then is asked by Barry Allen and Cisco Ramon for help with an alien invasion on their Earth.

This was such a great episode that had so many really great moments to it that was just really fun to watch. I did like in the beginning of this episode where James and Alex are fighting over whose moment this Thanksgiving dinner is going to be for. Whether it is going to be about Alex coming out to everyone or if it will be James telling Kara he is the Guardian. The whole Medusa sickness is kind of cool but I don't quite understand how it worked. Because originally it was made by the Kryptonians to kill off all other aliens that aren't Kryptonian, but then for some reason, it also doesn't affect humans either. I mean I could understand if it was said that the Cadmus scientist tweaked with the virus to make it not affect humans, but I don't think that was every really brought up. It was kind of cool to see this growing relationship between Kara and Mon-El, and I want to know if Mon-el truly can't remember what happened or if he was faking it. Then bringing Eliza into the mix as a bit of the DEO's like emergency doctor was kind of cool that they chose to include her into so much of this episode. Lena's whole roll in this episode was so cool to watch as see how she is not like her brother or mother and just watching her make her own decisions on how she wants to live her life. And I really did like the line that Lena said to Supergirl which went along the line of "Your cousin went after my brother, you're going after my mother, so how long till you start coming after me." That was such a great line to throw in there because it is so true. Then the ending between Barry and Kara was so nice and simple, I do wish they could have done a bit more with it but maybe they will in The Flash episode. And just overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait to see what the rest of the episodes will bring for the major team up.

Gotham Season 3 Episode 11 "Beware the Green-Eyed Monster" Review

Mario and Gordon face off before the wedding, Selina meets an unexpected face and Barbara comes to Nygma with information about Isabella.

This was a really great and mind messing of an episode that was so much fun to watch. I loved watching Mario using the fact that he is infected with Alice's blood and unlike Barns Mario is using more of a mental manipulation to get what he want out of everything. Because Mario's whole plan seems to be to drive Gordon crazy while also giving Lee enough reason to start to hate Gordon. And with how this episode ended I don't think that hate will go away in any kind of easy way. I did like that they brought back in the way for the test for Alice's blood to be proven negative, I'm happy that they did make that an important moment in this episode and not have it be something that was kind of thrown away. Then the scene with Jervis was so great with Gordon using Jervis's love of making all he says sound like it is coming out of a storybook and tricking Jervis into saying things he doesn't want to. All the moments with Nygma in this episode were really great with how he walked around the narratives set up by Penguin to eventually find out the truth of everything. I'm kind of happy that Barbra didn't get to involved in Nygma finding out the truth but rather she kind of laid the seeds for Nygma to follow. Then Bruce trying to learn all this stuff on how to break into an area to get whatever is inside the court of owls safe was kind of cool to watch, but also a little boring because they set it up like Selina wasn't going to help out, but really, of course, she is going to help Bruce break in. But overall I have to say I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait for more.

Once Upon a Time Season 6 Episode 9 "Changelings" Review

Mr. Gold has gone too far, he is turning back into the beast that everyone feared, He has made Belle go into labor.

This was a very interesting episode that had some good moments but I really don't know how I feel about the episode as a whole. I liked the struggle of who is worse between Gold and the Evil Queen where there once growing relationship is now completely broken and falling apart. The fight between Zelena and the Evil Queen I was really hoping that there would be more to it because that is a fight I would rather enjoying watching, but Zelena just went and got the crap beaten out of her without  even trying to fight back. It was nice to have Regina back in the picture with Zelena after they have been ignoring each other even if it wasn't fully intentional to do so. All the moments with Belle were really great both in the current times and flashback moments. I liked the story of how Rumple's mother is a fairy and a dark one at that it is a really interesting story idea that I hope they expand on a bit more in the future. And it was also an interesting connection they decided to make to give a reason as to why Rumple hates fairies. Then all the dream moments between Belle and her son were really well done but I wish Gideon could have explained a bit more beyond saying things like "you know what to do," or "the answer is right in front of you," those seemed like such weak lines to me. The ending was kind of cool and I liked that Belle didn't tell Gold the name of their son, that I found a very clever moment to connect to the character of Rumple and the power he can do with just simply having a name. Overall I really enjoyed this episode and it was done really well for it not being about the more main characters of the story.

The Librarains Season 3 Episode 2 "And the Fangs of Death" Review

Flynn leads the others on a rescue mission, which leads them into a subterranean trap filled with ancient Egyptian werewolves.

This was a very interesting episode that had some parts that were a little confusing and hard to follow but mostly this episode was just fun. I did really like that when they came up with the idea of werewolves they didn't stick with the classic Grimm fairy tales kind of wolf they stuck with their theme and went the Egyptian werewolf route. The whole idea of being stuck in a bunker was cool to an extent because it limited the area between the wolves and the librarians but also that wasn't shown all that much because it only seemed like when they entered into the hallway to get to a different location is when the wolves would show up not when they are hanging out in an area for several minutes. Ezekiel getting bitten by the wolf was okay but I wish they would have done more with it because he really didn't seem affected until the very end of the episode. Then all the moments with Baird and Jenkins were really great to see Jenkins outside of the library and using his immortality a bit. But I don't know if I missed it or if it was never said, what was the secret between Jenkins and Flynn. Then I really liked that they brought Charlene back into the mix because I was very curious about whether or not she survived. And All the mix-ups involving her in this episode makes me really hopeful to see her again in the episodes to come. Overall this was a really entertaining and great episode that was really a lot of fun to watch.

The Flash Season 3 Episode 7 "Killer Frost" Review

The team is in for a shock, as Caitlyn is forced to reveal her Killer Frost powers. But she is not the only one with a secret.

This was a really great and interesting episode that did such a great job with Killer Frost. I loved so much how they showed off so many of Killer Frost's abilities and them doing everything from her forming icicles and giving people frost bite to showing her iconic kiss that freezes people to death. It was a little weird how she seemed to change in a way that was almost like a light switch going off. But I did have a feeling something was up in the scene were she goes and gets Joe from the police station saying there is something wrong with Wally something just felt really off there. The whole fight scene between Vibe and Killer Frost was really well done, I wish they could have done a bit more but it was still really fun to see them going after each other with Barry being there for a part of it but still it was mostly about the two of them. It was a little weird how Caitlyn seemed to turn off Killer Frost simply because Barry shows her that she is not all that bad and there is still good inside of her. Then the scene where Joe freaks out because of what happened to Caitlyn so her breaks Wally out of the cocoon early was a really cool moment with how they chose to show I with having it be a worried parent looking out for there kid and then have a switch to regret after something goes wrong. then the twist ending of who Alchemy actually is I can honestly say I was not expecting that at all and I loved it so much. And just overall I really enjoyed this episode and it had so many great moments to it.

Scorpion Season 3 Episode 9 "Mother Load" Review

Paige's estranged mother calls on Team Scorpion when she accidentally uncovers a forgotten nuclear reactor on the verge of exploding.

This was a really great and interesting episode that had so many really great moments that I really enjoyed watching. I really liked meeting Paige's mother and watching Paige sort of deal with the fall out of that. And the whole therapy session between Paige and Toby was really great with how much Toby didn't want to be there after a while of listening. Then it was really cool to see the team working to get the nuclear reactor out safely without it exploding and the different way they tried to get it out of the basement was really interesting and some really cool ideas. I did really enjoyed the scenes where they are in the truck trying to transport the reactor and just thing after thing keeps going wrong for them and they have to solve each one. Now overall there wasn't much to this episode it was really just about getting from point A to point B with some stuff in between, but this episode had so many great moments that I really enjoyed watching all of it.

Supergirl Season 2 Episode 7 "The Darkest Place" Review

Supergirl comes face-to-face with Cyborg Superman when she attempts to save Mon-El from Cadmus.

This was a really fun and interesting episode that really brought Cadmus to the forefront. I did really like all the stuff surrounding the Guardian, but I wish there could have been a bit more good shown before things went really bad for him. The whole murderer going around killing people but making it look like vigilante justice was a cool idea but the way they chose to execute it fell a little flat in my mind. I also wish they could have done a bit more with the Guardian before starting to loop everyone else in to the truth, because it was kind of fun having Alex and Kara making fun of the Guardian and James and Winn sitting there trying to defend him, but now it is kind of down to just Kara who doesn't know. All the things a Cadmus was very interesting because I really liked seeing Cyborg Superman to an extent because he was really cool but also a bit to over done for my taste. Then adding yet another L.L. name to the list that I have to try and keep in order when it comes to the Luther mother is just a small annoyance that bugged me just slightly. It was cool that Cadmus managed to show more of Mon-El's powers then the DEO has in the past few episode where they showed that Mon-El is allergic to Lead and things like that. I did like that they brought Jeremiah into the mix to help Kara and Mon-El escape it was a nice moment to see him say that he is proud of Kara and Alex and just show that he is still the same guy. Then Jon J'onzz whole story I had a feeling that something was going to happen with the blood change between a green and white Martian and most of my theories about it were correct. I do have to say overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait for the next one which is the big super hero team up episode.

Gotham Season 3 Episode 10 "Time Bomb" Review

A threat to Lee and Mario is exposed on the eve of their rehearsal dinner and Falcone comes to Jim for help. Meanwhile, Nygma plans his revenge and Bruce learns more about the Court of Owls.

This was a really great episode that had so many parts to it that I really enjoyed watching. All the moments with Nygma in this episode were really great with him going through all this stuff trying to make Butch feel the same way he is feeling. And with that all the moments with Barbra were really interesting to see how much she has learned from Tabitha in the way of getting information out of people. I was also interesting in how they decided to show that Butch is actually innocent by having him admit that he killed Isabella but end up describing the killing wrong. Then Bruce finding this other group that opposes the Court of Owls and are finding a way to bring them down was very cool. But I knew with the power the Court of Owls have this other group would last very long especially after coming in contact with Bruce. I still really want to know more about the key that Bruce has because they did say that it leads to the way to bring down that Court of Owls and they originally thought there was only one key and then they discovered there was two. The fact that Bruce decided to go with this other group is probably not going to end well for him either because the Court of Owls is easily not that far away from him. The whole part surrounding Mario was kind of cool because of all the different paths leading to the final solution was kind of cool. I did really like the fact that Lee and Gordon finally sort of broke up and said there goodbyes to each other. It was also really cool tat they finally started to show Alice's blood affecting Mario because I forgot that he came in contacts with some of her blood. It is a little sad though to because it just so happens that Mario goes crazy just at the moment Lee finally has the chance to be happy.  Overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait to see what Barbra has cooked up to stir up so drama.

The Librarians Season 3 Episode 1 "And the Rise of Chaos" Review

The Egyptian God of Chaos inhabits a human, and tries to release pure evil into the world; the librarians must decipher clues in a science museum.

This was a really interesting and kind of cool episode that I really loved. Now I have said time and time again that I really loved this series, and this episode just adds more to that love. I really enjoyed the whole Egyptian theme to the episode with all the clues going back to things in Egyptian history. But the fact that some of the things also stayed relevant to some other sciences I thought was kind of cool. Then the fact that this episode managed to have a point where each of them got to use their abilities to some extent I though they did those transitions very smoothly. There were some moments that were really fun but kind of not all the necessary like the moment when there learning about things that could inhabit other things and they do it while sitting around a campfire. All the moments where the speed of the mission took place was really well done at making the necessary moment have an impact, but also making things not drag on for too long. The God of Chaos was pretty cool with how they choose to portray him, and his abilities to make people go into chaos with just a pulse of dark magic I think was a cool idea. But the fact that the pulse had a limited range to it I thought was a bit weird.  I did like that they quick;y found a way to fight back against chaos by using teamwork, that was a super funny and dorky way to fix things and I enjoyed it. Then the whole premise that they original librarians first found this key to lock up all the evil and they were the ones to lock it away that was cool. But the fact that the key was beneath this random museum and the fact that the key and the lock were left so close together that just seems really odd and doesn't make any reasonable sense to me. If anything the original librarians should have known this is a very powerful and important item so hey maybe they should put it in the library. But overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait to see what the rest of the season will bring.

Pure Genius Season 1 Episode 4 "Not Your Grandmother's Robotic Surgery" Review

When James' beloved elementary school teacher is diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, he tries to employ a risky robotic surgery to save her, an approach with which Walter disagrees. Also, a military veteran blinded in combat and riddled with guilt refuses Zoe and Talikha's high-tech treatment that could restore his vision.

This was an okay episode there were some parts that I liked and some parts that I didn't care for. I really didn't care for the fact of having this really worried James who was really acting like he only cared about one patient. It was really kind of annoying at points with how he would ask for input by the doctors and then when they wouldn't give him the answer that he wanted he would just start ignoring them. The actual robot he built to do all the surgery to help fight against the cancer was pretty cool but how I was thinking it would work is that it would be doctors and robots working together to make all the surgeries more efficient, which it eventually turned out that way, but that was not the original plan for the device. I did like all the moments with Walter trying to understand the future ways in which the hospital works while also trying to stick to his original way in which he knows works best. Those scenes were kind of sweet and really good for understanding Walter a bit more. Then I liked the ending where he eventually does end up finding a desk and a place to call his own. The Zoe working with the blind veteran I actually liked that story line a bit more than the other one. And when the truth is revealed as to why this man choices to live in his blindness and pain, it is so sad with how much guilt this one guy puts on himself. But the ending for him was so sweet and nice and I loved it so much. And just overall this was a really entertaining episode but it defiantly wasn't a favorite of mine.

Code Black Season 2 Episode 7 "What Lies Beneath" Review

Willis and Campbell are sent to a Russian submarine in U.S. waters to treat a sailor badly wounded during an explosion, and violent convicts injured during a prison riot descend upon Angels Memorial.

This was a really great episode that messed with several of the characters emotions and was really crazy. I loved all the parts with Willis and Campbell on the submarine and them dealing with all the mess involved with that. It was kind of cool that in the last episode in had a chunk where Willis is learning more about Campbell, and then in this episode it is more of Campbell learning about Willis. And just having the two of them working together to help the injured sailors was really nice. The twist of who the main injured sailor was I was not expecting that and the fact that the captain shot the other guy because the two doctors were helping him was a surprise. And just the fact that he shot the poor guy when they had little other to do because the other main guy was for the moment perfectly fine, so why not help the other injured people. The convicts were very interesting because there whole conflict between each other was really hard to follow. Then the main officer was nice and really well acted and I enjoyed the line of "you can't show weakness to these guys." When the one convict escaped that was a little confusing because why wouldn't they check Leanne's office because out of all the places that seemed like the closest place to hide. Then Pinkey getting angry about saving the convicts life was an okay scene but it was a little annoying to me because it is a scene that is played out in almost every medical show and I even think it might be the second time it was shown in this show so it was a little tiresome and nothing really all that new so it was a little annoying. Overall this was a really great episode and I can't wait for more.

American Horror Story Roanoke Episode 10 "Chapter 10" Review

Lee Harris, the lone survivor of Return to Roanoke: Three Days in Hell, agrees to an interview live on television, the Lana Winters Special.

This was a very interesting way to end this season that had plenty of surprises and fun to it. I knew going into this episode that some way some how Lee was not going to make it to the end, and I was right about that. I did really like that they brought Lana Winters back and they did a good job at bringing back some of the things from Asylum and kind of explaining in little bits what Lana has been up to since Asylum. Then the actual interview between Lee and Lana was really cool with how they interacted with each other and it was made even better by how they were interrupted. This episode was a little weird with how much it jumped around from story to story but it also made some sense because they needed to do that in order to wrap everything up nicely. The beginning moments with the court cases was a little weird and felt like it went on for a bit too long. I did feel bad for Flora because everyone seemed to push off her thoughts as just being a scared kid who went through some tough times. The ghost hunters going into the Roanoke house to investigate the hauntings was really fun and I laughed at the line that was like "people have been asking to investigate this house for years and been denied, so we didn't ask." And when Lee popped up I thought she had gone all butcher crazy again and kill them all, but that didn't happen. I do wish they would have shown a bit more of some of the ghosts in those final moments, but still what they did show was really fun. Then the standoff with the police at the house was interesting especially when you just focus on Flora's part in all of it. It is still a little weird to me with how dedicated Flora seems to be with Priscilla. And the final choice that Lee made for Flora was very interesting and kind of unexpected, but at least in that way, no one else will own the house. Then the actual ending was a little confusing because I saw the villagers and the butcher coming up to the house so did they kill all the police and cameramen standing outside the house watching it burn or were the ghost just watching the house too. Overall this was a really great season I would probably place it in the number three spot of the seasons so far, and I can't wait to see what they'll do for the next season.

Arrow Season 5 Episode 7 "Vigilante" Review

Oliver discovers there's a new vigilante in Star City when the bodies of two criminals are dropped at the SCPD. In flashbacks, Oliver faces Konstantin Kovar.

This was a very interesting and kind of cool episode that managed to be very well organized and make things well known without being too long. I liked this newer vigilante and how they were like Oliver was in the first season. It was also fun when the comment was made about how they team was okay with having this vigilante running around killing people but when it was brought up that Oliver used to do similar things they were offended and hated him for it. Having John be all upset about not being there for him sons birthday was kind of cool to see a non-calm version of him, but it was weird because his anger was very scattered and there one moment and gone the next. Then Lance's whole ordeal makes me still really curious about what is the truth and whether or not someone could be framing him because they know of a link between him and Oliver. The bank robbers seemed a little random and like they were really only there to give a better connection between the team and the new vigilante. The whole bank robbing scene was really fun and well done, I especially enjoyed the line of "we are really good at this, I think we picked the wrong career." It was a little weird how both Curtis and Evelyn didn't notice the vigilante sneak up on them and even weirder how the rest of the team didn't hear them getting attacked over them coms. I really hope to see more of the vigilante in the future because they seem like a really interesting character and I want to know who they are. Overall this was a really great episode and I can't wait for the next one which is the big all teams team up across all the different shows.

The Flash Season 3 Episode 6 "Shade" Review

Wally has visions of being Kid Flash, so Barry must tell him about what happened in Flashpoint to keep him safe.

This was a very interesting episode that had some moments that got a little long, but for the most part, it was really fun to watch. I like that they finally are doing stuff with Alchemy, I wish they would have done a bit more, but still the one major scene he was in it was done really well. Then it was kind of cool to see what Alchemy did to the people as he talked to them and tried to convince them to find him. That was nice to see that they kept the similarities between when Wally was affected and when Magenta was affected. Wally's whole quest to be a hero is getting a little annoying to hear, and that goes for both sides of the argument. I kind of like the growing separation I am sensing between Iris and Barry but I don't care for how slowly everything seems to be going for them. The whole movie scene was really fun and had great little moments in there. Caitlin telling Cisco about her abilities I think was really great to some degree so maybe there is a way for her to not fully follow in her comics footprints because she has people there who will support her. But with what Cisco's vision showed there might be some conflict before that come together moment happens. H.R.'s device to disguise himself and be able to leave S.T.A.R. labs and do some other things I think is kind of cool but also a little strange because in the last few episodes hasn't he been leaving to go and get coffee and food and stuff, so why is this all being brought up just now in this episode. Then H.R.'s whole plan to reopen S.T.A.R. labs to some degree is a very interesting idea because is makes sense to make them all seem less suspicious as to why they are always hanging out in a supposed empty lab. But also it is a little dangerous because anyone could easily walk in on them working. Overall I enjoyed this episode and I can't wait to see what the next one will bring.

Scorpion Season 3 Episode 8 "Sly and the Family Stone" Review

The one-year memorial of Megan, lead the team to an explosion. Which could wipe out the entire country.

This was a really interesting episode that going into it I didn’t really know what to expect but I was really surprised and I enjoyed it a lot. I liked the fact that Sylvester seemed all worried to meet Walter and Megan’s family just to have it discovered that he is already pretty close to them all. It was a little sad however when the comment was made that they all trust Sylvester but not Walter even though they both are coming up with similar ideas all through this episode. Then the relationship between Walter and Tim was fun to see in this episode with how they could trust each other in some problems but then as soon as something went wrong they hate each other again. Then it was cool to see them use some of Tim’s specialties to eventually fix the problems. Then the fight scene between Walter and the two neighbor boys was really great to see. Then the ending where Walter kind of gains some relationship with some of his family members was really nice to see. I really liked the moments with Happy and Toby back at the garage and Happy being sick of living with Cabe. Then the ending where it is discovered that Toby wants a big wedding wasn’t all that surprising to me with the personality he has, but the fact that Happy was willing to agree with that idea I thought was really sweet. Overall this was a really great and fun episode and I can’t wait for more.

Supergirl Season 2 Episode 6 "Changing" Review

The Guardian arrives to lend a hand when an alien parasite drains Supergirl of her power. Mon-El contemplates his motives when he considers a new career. Alex faces a new reality.

This was an interesting episode that had some parts I really liked and some things I didn't care much for. The parts with Alex working though her new realizations about her life and gaining the confidence to tell Kara I thought it was really well done in how they decided to show everything. But it was a little overdone in how quickly Alex seemed to jump back and forth on her opinions when things didn't go right for her. But that could easily be because I never really had to go through the whole deal of coming out because I come from a family people who respect everyone to live their lives the way they want to. So maybe this is a little bit of a normal thing, but it just felt a little odd to me. Then the training scene between Mon-El and Kara was really funny to see the two of them interacting with each other. The main villain in this episode was a really interesting creature that was very much like the Thing at first but grew into an even weird creature as it got stronger. Then it's whole plan to save the Earth from global warming was such a goofy concept in my mind. I was really cool to see Mon-El and James stepping up to be heroes when Supergirl couldn't be there. And seeing James in the whole Guardian suit was really fun I especially like it for the fact that Winn made it out of lead so that Kara could see him with her x-ray vision. Then I wonder if there is going to be a difference in the blood between a white martian and green martian or if it is just more of a moral thing that was making Miss Martian hesitant to give him her blood. Then I can't wait to see what will happen when Hank figures out the truth about Miss Martian. Overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait for the next one.

Gotham Season 3 Episode 9 "The Executioner" Review

Gordon and Bullock become suspicious of Barnes and go through evidence of a murder at Lee and Mario's engagement party. Nygma goes to Penguin when he doesn't hear from Isabella. Ivy leads Selina and Bruce to trouble when she reveals her identity.

This was a really great episode to wrap up everything that happened in the last episode as well as try to add something for future episodes. I loved all the scenes with Gordon and him trying to sneak around Barnes and figure out what the truth is. The number of bodies that Barnes was leaving behind does make me wonder why they didn't talk about the massive amount of dead people in the city more, but that could easily be a timing thing and nothing more. Then I'm curious to know how Barnes realized that Gordon was on to him because he went from suspicious to killer pretty quickly after just a few odd things that Gordon was doing. The whole chase scene between Gordon and Barnes was really great, and I love how the police wouldn't believe Bullock if he says that Barnes was sick so Bullock had to get Lee's help. The moments with Ivy were great for the fact of being able to see more of her and I like that she doesn't have her normal comic powers per say but she is using her knowledge of plants to be almost like a superpower which I really like. Then the key that the group found I curious to know more about that and who the group is that is trying to track them down. Then Nygma on the investigation to figure out what happened to Isabella had some good moments to it but for the most part, it was a little boring. I like the scene where he is at the train line putting the clues together in his head, that was fun to see him using his brain to see the parts that don't add up. Overall this was a fun episode to watch and had some parts to it that I really enjoyed.

Once Upon a Time Season 6 Episode 8 "I'll Be Your Mirror" Review

Emma and Regina work together and form a plan to trap the Evil Queen, while Snow White and David get used to life without each other. Henry anxiously prepares to take Violet to the school dance, but the Evil Queen has other plans. Meanwhile, Zelena and Belle form an alliance and recruit Aladdin to steal a magical object from Mr. Gold that could protect Belle and her unborn child from him forever.

This was a really interesting and great episode that was really entertaining to watch. I loved seeing the land of mirrors and that fact that they were willing to harken back at least in one moment to when Sidney used to live in this world. Then it was made even better by the fact that they brought the Dragon back into the mix which was really cool to see but I wish they would have done a bit more with him. The Evil Queen's whole plan to get Henry to understand her more seemed a little far fetch that she thought she could make Henry hurt anybody no matter who's life is at stake. I do want to know a bit more about the hammer she gave to Henry because I'm not all that familiar with it and I didn't quite catch the name of it. Then how does the Evil Queen expect Henry to accept her when in the event he doesn't do what she asks she calls him weak, that is not how you gain trust lady. The parts with Snow and David were nice to see but not all that exciting because it basically went down the way I was expecting it to go. Then all the scenes with Belle were really great in seeing her work through this elaborate plan to try and get away from Gold. I like the scene with Aladdin where we finally get to see him be his self and break into Gold's shop to retrieve some items. I really can't wait to see what they'll do with the genie even though it is supposedly a different genie from the original one. Then I also liked seeing a bit more self-absorbed Jasmine in this episode where at first all she cared about was her own mission to find Agrabah. Overall I really enjoyed this episode and it ended with so many doors left open I can't wait to see what will happen when it comes back in a few weeks.

Pure Genius Season 1 Episode 3 "You Must Remember This" Review

The team tries reconstructing a police officer's brain when he loses his memory in a car accident.

This was a really great and interesting episode that had some parts that were a little confusing. The talk at the beginning where Zoe was concerned about a tape that showed her kissing Malik was a little weird of a moment because it kind of came out of nowhere because they never showed the two of them kissing. And then the fact that Zoe's emotions towards the kiss seemed to be all over the place didn't really help either. The patient who was having the memory loss was a little interesting with how James at first didn't seem to believe it was really but then learned to accept it once he got to know the guy. And the two actors who played the memory loss husband and his wife were so good at playing both their parts and showing the growing distance between the two of them because of the fact that the husband can't fully remember her. The two different experiments they did on him to work on his memory were kind of cool because it made a lot of sense in using that stuff to reactivate the brain, and it was really fun to see how excited James was in wanting to reprogram someone's brain. Then the ending for the patient and his wife was so sweet and kind of nice because it like wasn't perfect in he didn't remember everything but you could see that he was willing to work on it. The patient who was struggling to lose weight I really liked for the device they used to try and help her loose weight, then what was actually wrong with her and was the cause of why she was always hungry was very interesting to see. Then the relationship between her and her sister was really interesting with how close they were and kind of depended on each other, and with that I liked the line of "you are not the strongest version of yourself when I'm around and I'm not the strongest with you so I'm going to go." And just everything about that story plot was so sweet and had a lot of heart behind it with this women how has lost all hope and the doctors of Bunker Hill refuse to give up on her. Overall this was a really great and sweet episode that I enjoyed watching.

Code Black Season 2 Episode 6 "Hero Complex" Review

Malaya must inform a college student that she's been raped, while Willis and Campbell argue over a terminally ill woman who wishes to die on her own terms.

This was a really great episode that managed to show so much emotion with almost every moment in this episode. All the parts with the rape victim were so great at showing everything that happens to the victim after the rape and with the music and camera style of it all, it managed to put so much emotion into every part of it. And the twist of all the other people involved I was not expecting it at all but when the truth came out a lot more made since. Then having Malaya as her doctor I thought was a really great idea because they got to work through some things together. The comedian that needed surgery was a really great idea to have in this episode because the moments he was shown in really added a bit of light to this otherwise very sad and a bit dark episode. I am so happy that they brought Mike back into the mix of things and I had a feeling when he had the fall that he might have broken his spine and couldn't walk, which did happen. But they manage to fix it and all those moments were really great at showing some bonding between Angus and his father. Then the girl who wanted to die was such a great story to see how she was more than willing to die but everyone around her didn't want to let her go, including Campbell. Which of course bugged me because he didn't want this girl to die even though she wanted to, but he is more than willing to go down to the ER and dictate who he chooses to live and die. Then the ending moment between the girl and her mother was so sweet and great, and I do have to say I feel a little bad that Campbell wasn't there to say goodbye to her. Overall this was a really great episode and a definite favorite.
