The Flash Season 5 Episode 10 "The Flash & the Furious" Review

While Nora grapples with the revelation that Thawne killed her grandmother, Team Flash must stop the formidable team-up of a newly sprung from jail Weather Witch and Silver Ghost, a new meta-tech villain who can control engines and motorized technology. Meanwhile, Caitlin and Cisco discuss creating a meta-human cure.
This was a really interesting and well-done episode that did a really good job of continuing character growth for Weather Witch. Which lead to some really great scenes with Weather Witch trying to decide if she actually wants to help Silver Ghost or find a way back to prison and deal with the punishments she deserves. All the moments with Silver Ghost were a little weird because I could figure out why she was doing all the things she was doing. But it was fun to see her using her hacking abilities to mess with The Flash's suit so it made it more difficult for him to catch her. the moments round Cisco trying to decide whether or not to make a possible cure and Caitlin not agreeing at first did make for some interesting moments. But I don't really get why Cisco all the sudden want to get rid of his powers to me that really seems to come out of nowhere. The confrontation between Nora and Thawne was interesting and I kind of can't wait to see how the relationship develops in the future, and what will happen when the rest of Team Flash finds out. Then just overall this was a really interesting and fun episode and I can't wait to see what will happen next.

Elseworlds Review

Destiny is rewritten and Oliver becomes Barry Allen and he is now the fastest man alive and Barry Allen becomes Oliver and he is now the vigilante of Star city also called The Green Arrow.
This was a really entertaining and great episodes that did a good job of setting up for future crossover episodes as well as having a very fun and entertaining it story in itself. A lot of my complaints with the series of crossover episodes are weird because they're the exact opposite of my complaints about the Crisis on Earth X crossover because in Crisis on Earth X it had a problem that it was so slow and trying to fit everything into four episodes just it felt like they run out of storylines causing was so much filler. Whereas for Elseworlds crossover it felt so rushed and like it was really hard to keep up with everything that was going on with all their plans and stuff.
That being said everything with Barry and Oliver was really fun with them having to live each other's lives and have each other's powers and had to figure out how to make everything work was fun especially with Barry trying to be the weapon that Oliver has built himself to be and then Oliver trying to use Barry's Flash's power was so funny. Then giving Superman a bigger role and have him play a part in this series of crossover episodes was fun to see how he's been doing and what his plans are for the future with Lois and then him leaving Supergirl behind to defend Earth herself. The introduction of Batwoman was also really great where she is not a huge fan of Oliver and sort of giving off the presence of her wanting to protect our city and not really wanting Oliver and Barry they're causing distractions. With that I'm not a huge fan of Batwoman and I never really have been but I feel like Ruby did a really good job of portraying Batwoman and I'm very interested to see where that storyline might go in the future even though I might not watch her series.
Then everything with The Monitor and him having this idea of setting up the potential of the Crisis of the Multiverse and him trying to find the true heroes and the true Earth that will reign dominant was an interesting thing. And how everyone work together to defeat him was great where they had this idea of The Flash and Supergirl having to run and fly in opposite directions to slow down the Earth's rotation so that they could defeat him before he had the potential to change the story again wasn't an interesting tactic even though Oliver had to step in and change things to be able to save Barry and Kara's lives.
Which that leads to my idea that there is substantial chance that Oliver is going to die in the next crossover because he had to make some sort of deal with The Monitor in order to save Supergirl and The Flash and I feel like Oliver willingly gave up his own life to do so, but that's all saved for the Crisis of the Multiverse. I'm so excited to see what they're going to do for the Crisis of the Multiverse event because it is such a big storyline and I'm curious to see what they're going to do with it once everything ends because in the comic the ending led to several heroes deaths so I'm curious to see who might be killed off or if they're going to kill anyone off. Because in the comics  Supergirl died, so would they replace her with Oliver or potentially Superman which I think would be cool to see. And then the potential for Superboy to come in to fill his father's spot. Then also several other characters that have sort of become mainstays also died in the comics like with Lena Luthor so I'm curious to know if they'll kill her off and have her brother Lex become the new main bad or if they're going to trade places there and have Lex die instead. But anyways I'm so excited to see what they're going to do with the Crisis of the Multiverse crossover and overall this was a really fun series of episodes and I'm so excited to see what they're going to do next.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 8 "What's Past is Prologue" Review

In the 100th episode, Barry and Team Flash come up with a plan to stop Cicada. However, the plan calls for Barry and Nora to travel back in time to gather some key necessities. However, Barry hesitates, concerned about his daughter seeing certain parts of his life. Meanwhile, Sherloque takes his concerns about Nora to Iris, and Caitlin turns up a key asset in the fight against Cicada.

This was a really great episode that was so much fun to watch and see what they did with Barry and Nora going back in time to get items that could stop Cicada. And they did a lot of similar things to many other shows when they have 100 anniversary where it's like a recap of everything that led up to where they are now. But in this episode, it was done a lot better than in Arrow and in many other shows because of the fact that it had a solid storyline behind why they are recapping through everything. Now having Nora interactions with all the different villains that Barry has fought over the years was interesting with her reactions to everything. With her actually seeing things versus just hearing stories about what happened to her dad. By far the best scenes were the ones with Nora and Barry going to go and meet Thawne and him recognizing Nora but not fully which made for a fun moment of him sort of hinting for the Tornado Twins and Nora having to step in and be like no I'm not her I'm Nora. Which sort of help to fill the idea that there might be multiple timelines that Thawne is dealing with which would be interesting to see in the future how that plays out where there might be a different future where the Tornado Twins are a thing. Then how they got all the pieces together to make this device that helps to take the shrapnel out of Cicada so he can no longer have his powers was interesting with how they chose to lure Cicada in and what they did to hide the weapon from him until they used it. Then ending with the reveal that Thawne and Nora have a relationship together and that she does know him was really interesting to see the fact of Nora's reactions when she learns the truth of why Barry and Thawne have had such a bad relationship together. Then everything was Sherloque and him looking into whether or not they should trust Nora was interesting but I also feel like it could've been done better and it just felt like a random scene to get Sherloque and Iris in a fight. Then the reveal around the idea that Caitlin/Killer Frost can't be affected by the dagger because she's not a meta-human on the same wavelength as the rest is an interesting idea that she still has the ability to use her power and fight against Cicada makes it very exciting to see what they're going to do in the future. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and fun episode and I'm so excited to see what they are going to do next.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 7 "O Come, All Ye Faithful" Review

While Nora grapples with unresolved anger over her father's disappearance in the future, Barry and Team Flash must stop a powerful new meta, Weather Witch, from killing her own father, Weather Wizard.

This was a really great episode that was so much fun to watch and see how everything turned out. Everything with Weather Witch was interesting to see with her going through all these different things in order to gain the chance to kill her father. The meta-tech that Weather Witch had was also cool with her having this staff made from broken weather radar parts that now helps her control the weather. Then seeing Nora throughout this episode was interesting with her having this growing fear of losing her father so she is doing a lot to try and protect him. One of her ways to stop him was well done with her comment being the best way to stop him from getting hurt is to have Barry stop being The Flash. That was really interesting to hear because it was true but then seeing Barry showing that he truly loves being a hero and having Nora see that he needs to be a hero was all well done. Then just overall this was an entertaining episode and I can't wait to see what will happen next.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 6 "The Icicle Cometh" Review

Caitlin, Barry, and Cisco learn something new about Caitlin's father; Iris and Sherloque follow a clue about Cicada.

This was a really great and interesting episode that did a really good job of setting up Caitlin's father storyline for possible events in the future. Everything around the discovery of Caitlin's father and the truth about his ALS cure and how it connected to Caitlin was really great. And seeing Caitlin's father having the same sort of Killer Frost side to him was really interesting to see how they choose to approach the idea of which side if her father and which side isn't. Then the whole plot around giving Caitlin's father the cure to remove the Killer Frost side and the problem of making sure they were talking to Caitlin's father and not the other side because if the cure was giving to the Killer Frost side then the cure would kill Caitlin's father. All of that was done really well and how everything turned out with Caitlin's father it really makes me excited to see what might happen if he ever comes back. Then the moments with Iris, Sherloque, and Nora were really great with them showing the growing relationship between Iris and Nora. And the whole moment with Sherloque stepping aside and having Iris and Nora figure out everything on there own was really great. Then just overall this was a really entertaining episode that was so much fun to watch.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 5 "All Doll'd Up" Review

Nora lets something slip about the future that devastates Iris. In an attempt to distract his wife, Barry asks Iris to team up to stop a new meta, Rag Doll. Meanwhile, Caitlin learns something about her father.

This was a really great episode that was a little weird and slow but it was still interesting to see how everything turned out. Everything with Nora and Iris was interesting with it finally being revealed that the reason Nora doesn’t trust Iris is that in the future she chose to hide Nora’s powers from her. And that was really interesting to see how all that played out but it was also a little confusing as to why Nora chose to blame Iris so hard on something she hasn’t even done yet. Then Rag Doll was a little weird with how they chose to explain his story where he was a rich kid who hated his life and when he gained his powers he chose to start stealing from other rich people, and I don’t really know why. Then everything with Iris was interesting with her proving that she is different from the future version Nora knows. But that being said it is a little weird how Iris risked her life so heavily in order to save Barry even though there are so many ways things could have gone wrong. Everything with Nora was some of my favorite moments in this episode where Cecile is telling all these stories about Nora’s parents and the twist that all the stories were about Iris and not Barry was so much fun. Then the moments between Cisco and Catlin was really great with them finding more information on Catlin’s dad and where he might be hiding. Then just overall this was a really interesting episode but it wasn’t the greatest of episodes.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 4 "News Flash" Review

Barry and Iris face the ultimate parenting test when Team Flash battles Spin, a savvy millennial armed with meta tech, and a dangerous agenda for their daughter, Nora. Ralph is feeling defeated until unlikely source issues a challenge to help boost his confidence.

This was a really interesting and fun episode that I really enjoyed how it introduced a new kind of meta-human. Everything around Spencer was really great with her using her meta-human phone to help boost her popularity by making the new happen based on what she wrote and hypnotizing people into making the events happen. It was really interesting on how Spencer put a heavy focus on boosting up XS and how she did it by tearing down The Flash. I just didn't get how she thought it would be good to have XS kill The Flash, how would her story make it seem like XS is the hero. Then the big reveal of why Nora doesn't like Iris was a big surprise and really interesting where Iris chose to hide Nora's powers her whole life. Now I'm just really curious to know what happened six months ago in Nora's life that caused her to discover her hidden powers. Then the discoveries with Cicada were interesting with Ralph looking into the masks and Sherloque finding out that Cicada has a bad lung due to the satellite explosion. And it was really great how the two of them just barely missed Cicada when they went to ask some questions. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and great episode that had an interesting story to it.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 3 "The Death of Vibe" Review

Following Cicada's attack on the Flash, Nora comes up with a plan that puts a member of the team in danger.

This was a really interesting episode that had some great moments to it and it did a great job moving a lot of the storylines forward and bring some new truth out around Cicada. I really loved the introduction of this new Sherlock Well's and how they hired him because he has tracked down Cicada hundreds of time before was great and I can't wait to see what they will do with him in order for him to pay off his debt he owns to Team Flash. Then I enjoyed how because Nora messed with the timeline by helping Barry that caused this Cicada to be different than the Cicada from hundreds of other timelines. And how Nora was so unwilling to believe that Cicada had changed because of her actions was interesting and I'm very curious to know how involved Cicada is in actions in the future and what that might lead to Barry's disappearance. Then the whole interrogation scene between Joe and Cicada was interesting but also kind of weird in my mind with how Cicada made the jump of how Joe must know Vibe because they always are in the same crimes together, but Joe is the head of the Metahuman crime division so of course Joe would be around things involving Metahumans. But still the whole scene involving Cicada and Joe was great and it was interesting to see how Cecile played into giving Cicada what he wanted and I'm interested to see how the hint that Cicada might be a father will play out in uncovering who Cicada is. Then the whole fight scene between Cicada, Vibe, and Flash was great especially with how XS came up with a way end up saving Vibe. Then everything with Catiline and Ralph was great with all the little hints and tricks that lead to more truths about Catiline's father. And I liked how Catiline found the truth through these puzzles she and her father did and how these puzzles had science involved in them I just thought that was a fun way to chime into Catiline's science childhood. Them just overall this was a great episode and I'm really excited to see what will happen next.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 2 "Blocked " Review

Barry and Team Flash track down a meta that is stealing high-tech weapons, only to cross paths with a new foe named Cicada, who is hunting the very same meta, with nefarious intent.

This was a really interesting and great episode that was really fun to watch. I did find it interesting how they decided to tell the rest of Team Flash Nora's secret right away at the beginning of this episode. And I found it interesting how the team just accepted that as okay that Nora is around because she wants to get to know her father because he has been missing her whole life. The character Blocked I found really kind of weird and a little unnecessary to the main part of what this episode was about. I did really enjoy her powers though where she was able to create this field of super-dense matter that a person couldn't escape from and the matter can keep shrinking in on a person until it crushes them into a small cube. I did really enjoy how they introduced the possible main villain for the season in a bit of a different way by having Iris looking into the death of Gridlock and then when Cicada finally did approach The Flash Iris knew how dangerous his is and was able to warn Barry ahead of time, I just found that a really interesting and almost unique way to bring in the villain. Everything with Barry and Nora was great with them getting to know each other more and Barry working to train Nora to be a more skilled hero. I especially loved the scene with Barry going to get parental advice from Joe and Joe makes the comparison of Nora to Barry and sharing that all Nora is trying to do is impress Barry. Then the side story in this episode was really great with Catlin and Ralph working to help Cisco get over Gypsy. And it was so much fun to see how they weaved through Ralph's 100 step plan to get over a woman. Then the moments where they looking into more information about Catlin's father was a little weak because the vision they saw just told her to talk to her mother which was a little weak in my mind. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and fun episode and I'm really excited to see what will happen next.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 1 "Nora" Review

After an unexpected guest from the future appears at their home, Barry and Iris must figure out how to get her back to the future without disrupting the timeline.

This was a really great first episode that had a really interesting plot to it and did a great job of setting up for what might be to come. Everything with Nora was really great and it did a nice job of setting up her personality and making her a really entertaining character. I especially really liked Nora because she is a brand new character that the writers did a nice job of fitting her into the story seamlessly. Because she is inspired by the Tornado Twins but as far as I know she has never existed before this show. Then I loved how they brought the news article about the Flash going missing back into the show because it was something that was kind of forgot about and it was cool how they brought Nora into that storyline with her going into the past to get to know her father because he has been missing her whole life. Then everything with Gridlock was great with how his powers got stronger with his movements and how The Flash and EX managed to defeat him was really great with them stopping a major plane crash by working together. Then Ralph was the great comedic part to this episode with him working to discover all the things that the rest of the team already knows about the multiverse and time travel. Then the ending was great with the discovery by Ralph that Catlin's father might still be alive. Then the introduction of the big villain was really great with it showing a few his abilities in how he took down Gridlock and the cops trying to transport him. Then just overall this was a really great episode and I'm really excited to see how this season will go.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 18 "Lose Yourself" Review

Barry and the team find a way into the Thinker's lair; Ralph considers crossing a dangerous line to defeat him; Joe is concerned by Harry's recent behavior.

This was a really entertaining and fun episode that had a lot of great moments to it. Everything around the search for Edwin and the discovery that his powers give him the ability to cross dimensions was really great. Then the debate between Barry and Ralph on whether or on to kill DeVoe if they are given the chance was really great because you could kind of see both sides of the argument. The moments between Joe and Harry were interesting with Joe confronting Harry about his addiction to the thinking cap, but those moments also felt really weird and random even if they were justified. Then the whole final fight scenes were amazing with Killer Frost, Flash, and Vibe all being trapped and everything was up to the rest of Team Flash. The moments between Iris and The Engineer were great with them having a battle more or less of who cares more. Then Joe taking on one of the samuroid's I wish would have gotten more screen time because that is something I would have loved to see. Then Ralph deciding to take the non-lethal rout to stop DeVoe was really great to see even though it didn't end well for him. The ending moments of realization the while in the fight with DeVoe he did something that caused Catlin to lose Killer Frost was really heartbreaking. And just overall this was a really amazing episode that makes me really excited to see what will happen next.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 17 "Null and Annoyed" Review

Barry and Ralph try to find the remaining bus metas before DeVoe gets them. However, Ralph's attitude frustrates Barry and they clash over what it means to be a hero. Meanwhile, Breacher returns to ask Cisco for a favor.

This was a really great and entertaining episode that had a lot of really fun moments to it. The main villain in this episode of Null was a little confusing on her powers because they didn't explain them greatly and they were just done really sloppily in my mind. Yes, it was really entertaining to watch Null float things in the air use that as her way to steal things and the problems that come to the Flash because of her powers. Then the conflict between Barry and Ralph was interesting to see especially by the end of the episode where both of them learn something out of the conflict and we got to learn a bit more about Ralph's backstory. I did really love the Iris finally called Barry out for his bullshit when it came to all his complaint about Ralph's attitude because it really did seem like from the beginning Barry was trying to turn Ralph into him which is just not right. Then everything with Cisco and Breacher was just such an amazing side story that was so funny. I didn't much care for how much Cisco was willing to lie just for the hope of seeing Gypsy again. But still, it was really great seeing Cisco and Breacher interacting with each other and the topic around how Breacher is too old now for his powers to work. Then just overall this was a really amazing episode that was so much fun to watch.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 16 "Run, Iris, Run" Review

Iris is given Barry's speed when the team fights a bus meta who has the ability to swap people's DNA.

This was a really great episode that was so much fun to watch what it would be like if Iris and Barry switched places. It was interesting to see how Iris to the comment from Ralph to heart about how she always throws other people at the problem and never really puts herself in any danger. So this episode made it kind of cool to see her step up and do the heroing for herself and had to come up with quick solutions to problems just like Barry would have to. The one scene that kind of bugged me was when Iris was trying to put out the fire and by moving her arms in the opposite direction it somehow putts out the fire instead of increasing it. I get why the scene was there for comedic purposes but still, it was kind of dumb. Then the "villain" in this episode that they were trying to catch was really great because he wasn't actually a bad guy he thought his powers where to take away powers from people so he used it to stop bad people from hurting others but then he slowly learned the truth about what was actually happening with his powers. Then everything around Cisco and Harry building a thinking cap of there own to try and out think the Thinker was a really interesting side story for this episode with how Cisco reacted to the idea because he didn't want the chance of Harry becoming evil. Then just overall this was a really great episode and I'm excited for more.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 15 "Enter Flashtime" Review

Barry, Jessie Quick and Jay Garrick slow down time when a nuclear bomb detonates in downtown Central City.

This was a really great and interesting episode that had an amazing story taking place around a few seconds. So to explain that a bit more this episode takes place with Flash and other speedsters slowing down time so that they can figure out how to stop a bomb from blowing up Central City. And with that, it was interesting to see all the different steps Barry went through to stop the bomb and how he slowly brought all his friends into play to try and come up with different plans that didn't quite go to plan. I really liked how they made Cisco and Killer Frost's powers not work while they were going at an accelerated speed, that seemed like a really smart move to me that made way more sense then if their powers did work. Then the whole conversation around launching the bomb into the Speed Force was really great with Jay bringing up how they don't know the possible consequences of a bomb that size going off in a delicate area that is the Speed Force. Everything with Jessie and Wells was really great with them finally finding a way to get out there anger towards one another find some solid footing once again. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that they gave Iris the ability to come up with the one plan that actually worked it really felt like they were giving her to much power and brains for who she is supposed to be as a character. But that being said the plan was really cool with Barry using that lightning from the Speed Force to stop the bomb and he did that by removing the device the team used to free Barry in the first episode of this season. The ending of this episode was really great with the whole conversation between Wells and Catlin about how Catlin remembers part of what went on while being Killer Frost and then the Mystery girl shows up to interrupt them. Then just overall this was a really great and entertaining episode that had so many amazing moments to it.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 14 "Subject 9" Review

Barry meets a powerful woman whose abilities could help him in his battle with De Voe. Meanwhile, after learning that De Voe is targeting everyone who was on the bus, Ralph decides he doesn't want to be a hero anymore, his only concern is staying alive. Harry offers to help Cecile, with her "problem", with Joe.

This was a really interesting and great episode that had a lot of really fun moments to it. I really enjoyed the concept in this episode of Barry trying to race against the clock to save the next person on De Voe's list before De Voe can get to them. Then this newer Metahuman's powers were really cool with her almost being like a banshee but she can also use other sound modes besides her voice to create the same effect which leads to a really cool creation of a violin that she could use as a sound weapon against De Voe. I don't really know how I feel about the whole relationship between Ralph and this new girl it just felt really kind of rushed and weird but it was nice to see a different side of Ralph and see him step up to be a guide for someone else. Everything around Cecile and Harry in this episode was really great with them working together to help each other out and Cecile learning that Harry is looking to make more friends with people. All of there scenes also lead to a really cool moment of Harry creating a device that was mention last season by the evil future Barry that they used to stop De Voe's powers. Then just overall this was a really great episode that was so entertaining to watch and I very curious to see where they will go next.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 13 "True Colors" Review

Amunet makes a deal to buy all of the metahumans in Iron Heights, so Barry must decide if he should expose his powers to save his cellmates.

This was a really great and entertaining episode that was so much fun to watch and see how everything worked out. I really loved all the villains that they brought back from previous episodes in this season to play a part in helping Barry escape before Amunet gets her hands on him. It was also really nice how each person brought something to the team to help them all to escape and keep them working together. It was a little weird and confusing how everyone figured out that Barry is a speedster but they couldn't put together the pieces that maybe he is the Flash. Then the ending where DeVoe shows up to take all the metahumans was interesting with DeVoe turning everyone against Barry by telling them the truth about who Barry is and then he goes and steals all the others powers and kills them. Then the moments with Ralph in this episode were great with him discovering these new abilities he has which is the ability to mold himself into other people which he uses to go and talk to Amunet and find a way to finally free Barry. Which everything around Ralph in this episode was really great with him lacking in confidence and that is causing his powers to become weaker and the rest of Team Flash finding ways to help boost Ralph up. Then with how this episode ended, I'm very curious to see what other plans DeVoe has and how that might affect the other metahumans as well as Ralph. Then just overall this was a really great and exciting episode that was a lot of fun to watch.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 12 "Honey, I Shrunk Team Flash" Review

The team battles a meta who can shrink anything he touches; Cecile's pregnancy gives her temporary powers.

This was an interesting and really great episode that continues to do a good job of showing how the team operates without Barry being there. Everything around Dibny and the rest of the team finding a way to stop this metahuman that can shrink and grow things was interesting to see just how his powers operated and how they chose to approach him. I wish they would have expanded more on the growing side of things and didn't save that till the very end because it seemed a little confusing how prior to this he was just sort of kept to shrinking things and keeping them as models but then at the end fight he also start to grow things which yes makes sense but still it felt weird that he suddenly had this extra little bit of power. Then everything with Cecile getting powers because of her pregnancy was interesting with how that sort of putting a wall between her and Joe's relationship because of the fact that he no longer was able to keep anything from her. Which in Cecile's mind seem like the best thing ever but Joe pointed out that there are some things that are better off being lies and secrets. Then everything with Barry and his new friend in prison was great with them working to find a way to free his new friend because of the fact that he's innocent. I really like how it did eventually around back to the main villain in this episode is the one who actually committed the crime that Barry's new friend was accused of. Then the ending of this episode was really great with the fact that even though Barry's friend wasn't able to be freed Barry found a way to free him anyway. But it did end up leaving Barry in a very precarious spot because now some cameras caught him using his super speed. Then just overall this was a really great and fun episode that had a lot of really great moments to it.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 11 "The Elongated Knight Rises" Review

A familiar villain returns to terrorize Central City; Ralph must rise up to defend the innocent while Barry is detained by his trial; Barry searches for the strength to keep his optimism alive in the face of his new circumstances.

This was a really great and entertaining episode that did a good job of expanding on the idea of what the team would do without Barry there to lead. I really love the whole thing about this episode with Ralph learning how to be his own hero and using his own skills and abilities to stop the Trickster. It was really sweet to see the little scene between Ralph and Barry where Ralph breaks into the prison looking to break Barry out instead Barry just gives him advice on how to be his own hero. Then everything around the Trickster and him getting together with his mother Prank was really interesting to see how their storyline went and how far they each were willing to go to do what they enjoyed. I was a little confused on how they manage to find this acidic substance that would cause Ralph's powers not work as well and really hurt him. Then it was fun when Ralph sort of dodge out for a bit and Vibe and Killer Frost were there to step up and be the heroes even though it didn't fully work out for the two of them. Then it was just really great to see Ralph finally suit up and in a real superhero costume. The moments with Barry in this episode or not the highlights but they were still interesting to see him adjusting to life in prison and everything that comes with that. Then the connection between Berry and one of the guys in prison was interesting with it being revealed that Berry's father helped him way back when. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and fun episode that was a really great watch.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 10 "The Trial of The Flash" Review

Joe and Iris must decide how far they're willing to go to keep Barry out of prison as his trial for the murder of Clifford DeVoe begins.

This was a really entertaining and great episode that had a lot of really interesting moments to it. I liked seeing the team dealing with a villain for the first time without Barry there to be the hero for the most part. Then the bad guy in this episode was interesting because he wasn't actually trying to do anything bad his powers were just out of control and he didn't really understand that he had them. Then everything around the trial was interesting with what everyone was willing to do in order to protect Barry. I really loved the conversation between Barry and Iris where he stopped her from confessing that Barry is the Flash. Then I also loved the conversation between Dibny and Joe where Joe is about to plant some fake evidence to help Barry and Dibny reminds him of all the consequences that come from an act like that. Then it was kind of fun to see how Barry got around the trial to sneak off and stop Fallout before he destroyed the city. Then the ending of this episode was really sweet and interesting where Barry ended up in the same cell as his father. Then just overall this was a really great and interesting episode and I'm very excited to see where they will go from here.

The Flash Season 4 Episode 9 "Don't Run" Review

Amunet kidnaps Caitlin and forces her to perform a tricky medical task and the Thinker traps the Flash in a speedster-proof prison.

This was a really entertaining and interesting episode that had a lot of really great moments to it. I really enjoyed the concept in this episode where the rest of Team Flash has to decide what to do and whether they should put their effort into saving Berry or Caitlin. It was interesting to see Iris finally step up and take that leadership role when she realizes that everyone else is looking for guidance on what to do and she's the voice of reason. Then the moments between Cisco and Ralph was entertaining and interesting with them figuring out how to work together. Then everything with Barry was okay with him figure out more of what the Thinker has planned and finding a way to get out of this speed proof cell he is in. Everything with Caitlin was great with her being in the situation where she could easily free herself if she became Killer Frost but she wants to prove to herself that if she tries to find a solution without Killer Frost. I'm not all that excited about the idea of the Thinker changing to a new actor because I really enjoyed the way he was being portrayed and now him having the ability to body switch seems a little too different for my liking even though I knew that that was a part of the thinker's powers. And then just overall this was a really amazing episode and I'm so excited to see where they're going to take the story when it comes back now that Barry has been put up for murder.
