The heroes set out to stop Hyde; Emma experiences a mysterious side effect; refugees from the Land of Untold Stories come to Storybrooke; Regina and Zelena become roommates; Rumple enlists a stranger to help free Belle from the sleeping curse.
This was a very interesting and kind of fun episode, but it really didn't have much to it. though this break they brought up how this season was going to have Aladin in it but in this first episode he was in it not really at all, he did really even speak. I did like having the red bird as it was described and how that bird could easily be Lago. But who that bird was with was a little confusing to me because it was an oracle which is fine but I don't really remember an oracle being in many of these tales like Aladin, especially not a little kid one. So I kind of can't wait to see how she connects hopefully later on to the story. I did also like the one comment that Regina made about the people from the Land of Untold Stories and how terrible they must be for trying to hide from living out their stories, but then she remembers that she as the evil queen kind of did the same thing for a long time. Regina and Zelena's relationship is really confusing to me because it seemed like the whole second half of last season was all about the gaining a relationship just to wind up with this episode having them hating each other again. All the parts with Rumple were really interesting with how everything went down. I'm curious as to why in Belle's dream world she still feels like a slave to Rumple. And then the twist ending between Rumple and Belle was really great. Overall this was a really interesting episode and I can't wait to see what the next episode will bring.
