Fish Mooney takes matters into her own hands to locate Hugo Strange, forcing Gordon to reluctantly team up with journalist Valerie Vale to find her. Penguin rises in popularity after criticizing the work of the GCPD and Bruce's investigation of the Court of Owls is compromised. Meanwhile, Ivy Pepper is reintroduced into Gotham City.
This was a very interesting and fun kind of episode. First of all, I really enjoy the title of this episode because it really does end up working into the main story pretty well. Because the whole point of this episode seemed to be finally getting Penguin and Fish back in the same spot together. And the whole outcome of that meeting was very kind of cool for the fact that Fish wasn't wrong with what she was saying because in a way she did create Penguin and made him into what he is, I mean just look back to the first season and it is pretty clear. But Penguin actually letting Fish and Dr. Strange get away was a little weird in my mind, and not like something he would have done in any state of mind. All the parts with Gordon were a little weird in my mind because of it really kind of seemed like he was not in the right mind at all in this episode. He really seemed like the world was a haze to him and him just kind of wind up in places here or there. Then again in this episode, there wasn't much of the Court of Owls, but the scene with them and Bruce were very interesting with the deal that Bruce made with them. But Bruce's recognition of the one head lady of the Court of Owls was a little weird because I don't remember ever seeing her so him saying that he remembers seeing her at some of the parties. So I might have to go back and watch a few episodes to see if I can find her. The part with Ivy was interesting I kind of can't wait to see where she might go next. Overall this was an interesting episode but it wasn't a favorite of mine I found it a little boring.
