Code Black Season 1 Episode 15 "Diagnosis of Exclusion" Review

The doctors are questioned following a violent incident inside the hospital that leaves two doctors gravely injured. Also, Neal and Christa make their relationship to the next level after officially disclosing their romantic relationship to HR. Boris Kodjoe, Tommy Dewey, Jesse Bradford and Jeff Hephner guest star.

This was a really amazing episode that moved a lot of the characters around and had a really interesting story to it. With Risa Park dead on the operating table and Malaya drastically injured all the teams times when there brought into questioning made some really cool moments. It was interesting how this one time in center stage while they are operating on Park, is when they finally get in trouble for operating without a real sergeant there. So all the team has to deal with that now especially with Neal not allowed to do emergency surgery anymore. It is a really cool way they decided to keep Leanne around by saying okay to her no longer having to be on the ER floor instead she has to take over for Park's until the other guy gets back. This episode did a really good job of bouncing back and forth between current time and past time during all the attacks. Having Mike now full taking over for Leanne also had some really great parts because he is actually really good at instructing helping the residents through all the problems. The true moment that happened between Angus and Gordon I was not really expecting it to fully go the way it did but it also makes the most sense because any other way would be drastically out of character for Angus. Overall this was a really amazing episode that I absolutely loved.

Once Upon A Time Season 5 Episode 14 "Devil's Due" Review

Hook's captivity takes a dark turn when Hades threatens to condemn him to the River of Lost Souls after Hook refuses to choose which three of his friends will have to remain in the Underworld.

This was a really great episode about Gold and reviling a little bit more about his past and it made for a bit more interesting story. Hook and Hades scenes together were really cool especially with them finally introducing the river of lost souls. The story with Gold and his wife was interesting with how much of a jerk she was to him because of his cowardliness. I mean I understand her anger with him selling their future second born child but she did send him to do a job that he was basically set up to fail and I feel she should have known that. And it was a little weird when they had the scene where Hook and Gold's ex-wife first meet because it a past episode a couple of seasons ago they had a meeting scene there which this one was suppose to say this it was before that older first meeting but they really don't fit together well in my mind. So the writers might be forgetting a bit of what they have already written know after five seasons of writing. Regina's whole scene where she's finding people's graves was a little unnecessary but it was an interesting tidbit about how the graves look shows where they are located. I called Bell's pregnancy because it was obvious with the actresses pregnancy. Overall this was a really fun episode and I'm curious to see where the story is going to go with how this episode ended.

Code Black Season 1 Episode 14 "The Fifth Stage" Review

Leanne visits a prison to confront the drunk driver who killed her family; a patient makes Malaya feel uncomfortable.

This was a really great episode that took Leanne out of the hospital and saw how the hospital would run without her there. Leanne and the boy each going to visit people in prison were really great and it really seemed to give Leanne more of an ability to get through the loss of her family. Mario and Heather's sort of relationship ended a lot faster than I though and in a very different way than what I was expecting. The guy that Christa was in charge of was also really sad because she really couldn't help him no matter how much she wanted to, and I feel so bad for the wife too and she was also brave enough to make that decision for her husband. Angus and his brother seem to be getting along a lot better in this episode and I feel really bad for his brother because of the relationship he has with their father. I curious as to why they asked Leanne to pick a person to replace her when they already had someone in mind to take the job. Malaya and the guy who is now stalking her were really scary and uncomfortable especially with how this episode ended. Overall this was a really great and exciting episode and I can't wait to see what the next episode will bring.

American Horror Story Hotel Episode 12 "Be Our Guest" Review

Iris and Liz oversee a new era at the Cortez. John and Alex struggle to adapt to live outside the hotel.

This was a really great ending episode that was definitely better than I was expecting it to be. Iris and Liz winning over all the ghost in the hotel and convincing them to stop killing people was really cool especially how they went about dealing with the two hard to crack people Sally and Will. I like that they got Sally to stop by getting her a phone and a social life through the internet so she actually had friends and not have to kill to gain friends. Then with Will Drake, Liz taking over the face of his fashion industry so he could create and still do something like he had once done and how they all went about it was really cool. Bringing Billie the median in to talk with some of the ghosts was really sweet with the moment with Iris, but I also could see how all the other ghost got really annoyed by her really fat. I was expecting to see more of John, Alex, and their family but the moments that they did have were really great especially all the devils night stuff. Overall I really enjoyed this season and it definitely wasn't the greatest season but better than some.

Arrow Season 4 Episode 10 "Blood Debts" Review

Oliver must deal with the devastating consequences of Darhk's last attack. Seeking revenge, Oliver goes on a brutal manhunt looking for Dahrk.

This was a really great episode to come back after the holiday break especially after how the last one ended with such a cliffhanger. Bringing back the Anarchist was a really cool idea especially to go and mess with Speedy's head a bit because of what she did to him in the past. It was a little annoying that team arrow seemed to be working together but also not and really turning on each other constantly. It was a little scary and sad when Oliver went up to Lance and Lance said the statement about the fact that Oliver is killing people again and Oliver really didn't seem to react to that fact at all. The moments between Diggle and his brother was really nice especially when his wife finally told him to stop treating him like the enemy and treat him like your brother. And that's really all it took for them to start talking to each other. Everything with Felicity was really sad but it's nice that at least she is still alive and it was a sweet moment when Oliver gave her the engagement ring back. Overall this was a really great episode and I'm curious to see how things will go now that Darhk has to keep it in the back of his mind that Oliver saved his family.

Gotham Season 2 Episode 12 "Mr. Freeze" Review

Penguin gives Gordon a hard time; a skilled cryogenics engineer named Victor Fries is involved in a body-snatching spree.

This was a really fun and great episode to introduce Mr. Freeze as one of the new villains. I enjoy how well they did the story plot of him trying to freeze and bring back his wife when he can properly save him. I liked the part with Victor at the pharmacy where he couldn't get a refill on the drugs for his wife and he can't get a refill on it which is weird because if it is such a necessary drug for her to live I think getting a refill would be easy. I really wish that when the one guy woke up in Nygma's lab Nygma was there more to find him instead of having the body there one moment and gone the next. I actually feel really bad for Penguin now that he is in  Arkham Asylum and stuck with all those people. But it made a really cool introduction Dr. Strange and I can't wait to see more of him and what his plans might be. It was also cool that in one of those Dr. Strange moments they brought up Firefly and how she is not cooperating, and basically saying that she is alive. Which brings back a really cool moment I want to see with a bit of a fight between Mr. Freeze and Firefly. Overall I really enjoyed this episode and I can't wait to see what the next will bring.

The Flash Season 2 Episode 10 "Potential Energy" Review

Barry and the Star Labs team hunt down The Turtle who can slow down time especially anyone with speed. Barry faces a choice on whether or not Patty should learn his secret identity especially after Zoom returns to Earth 1 to kidnap her.

This was a really great episode that had like three main part to it. One part is with the Turtle which was really fun to have the fastest man going against someone who slows everything down massively. And the fact that the Turtle was a major thief with it which I think was really cool and clever way to use his abilities. I wish he would have still been around at the end because it would have been cool to see more of him. The parts with Patty were really sad because Barry really seemed to like her. The opening dream scene with the two of them on the date was really cool to open with. Wally and Joe's relationship went down kind of as expected but the moment that Wally brought up really hurt my heart which is when he brought up that Joe is a detective but he couldn't find his own son. Overall this was a really great episode and I'm curious what the next episode will bring.
