The Gifted Season 2 Episode 3 "coMplications" Review

The Inner Circle turns to an unexpected source for help when Polaris' baby suffers from a deadly illness.

This was a really great episode that had a lot of really entertaining moments to it but it also still kind of bugged me because this was again another setup episode that had no real pay off to it. Everything with Thunderbird and Blink was great with them looking for Eirc and getting stuck in this maze because the mutants don't want to be found. Then Blink deciding to help Eirc by spying for him was a great decision in my mind and it makes me really curious to see if eventually Eirc and the rest of his team will help the underground or if Blink will leave to join Eirc and his cause. Then Marco's getting kidnapped in order to help his child was great with how it was all done and what it might have reviled in Marco's saying that they are all under the Frost triplets control and if that is true then the Frost triplets are way more powerful then they originally showed off. The part that bugged me was Dawn's jaundice which was never talked about until this episode because that is a disease that should be known at birth and when she was born they said she was perfectly healthy so where did the jaundice come from. It did, however, lead to some great moments with Marco's being the only one to save his child and having to deal with the side of not wanting to be like his father but having to leave his baby behind or die. Then the moments with Reed and Lauren were great with Lauren finally seeing her fathers powers when he gets stressed out and then dealing with those consequences when they get in a car crash and have to hide from the police. Jace really bugged me in this episode with his hunt for the mutants that made no sense with how the last episode ended for him where he set his mutant-hunting side away to be there for his family and then in this episode he left his wife behind to hunt for the mutants, like where did that change happen. It was like the completely forgot last episode while they were writing this one and that makes no sense. Then just overall this was a really great episode and I'm curious to see where they will take things after what this episode set up.

The Gifted Season 2 Episode 2 "unMoored" Review

Thunderbird hopes a mutant lawyer who recruited him to the Underground can help find the Inner Circle; Andy and Lauren have a shared dream; Reed must keep a secret from the group; Jace is back on the mutants' trail.

This was a really interesting episode that did have some weird moments to it and it left me a little disappointed with how everything was shown. It kind of annoys me how they're still keeping us in the dark about plans and people because we still don't know what the Inner Circle has planned we just see people training and preparing for something but we don't know what and that is kind of annoying. Everything with Andy and Lauren was interesting with there shared vision becoming more clear and it was kind of cool to see it from Any's perspective this time and how the vision affected him and his powers. Then the idea of Andy not being faithful to the Inner Circle was a little weird and overdramatic because all he did was an attempt to check in with his family and see how they are and everyone treated it like he revealed everything. But it was cool how the Inner Circle managed to convince Andy to use his fear and pain he is feeling from these vision as strength to better control his powers. Then the moments with Thunderbird and seeing a tinny bit more of his past was great but I wished they would have gone more into detail of his relationship with this lawyer lady because they seemed to set up a bunch between the two of them but there was little payoff of information on the two of them. I'm very curious to know more about the Ergic person that the lawyer recommended and I can't wait to see how he will help. Reed's powers getting out of control was a cool moment with his powers melting a bunch of stuff. Then the moments with Jace were interesting because he finally worked through some of his emotions and decided to be there for his family more. The ending of this episode was really great with Marco's using a Champaign bottle to shine a green light in the sky for Polaris and her seeing it and then discovering that their baby is having problems. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and interesting episode and I'm very curious to see what will happen next.

The Gifted Season 2 Episode 1 "eMergence" Review

The Mutant Underground rescues a girl from a Sentinel raid, but fails to save her family; Eclipse and Caitlin get info on the Inner Circle with help from a criminal hacker; Polaris prepares for her baby's birth.

This was a really interesting and entertaining episode that did a good job of reintroducing the main characters as well as setting up for the new plots for this season. Everything around the inner circle was really great with them deciding to take out anyone in there group that didn’t follow their ideas. And all there work in trying to create a space that could hold Lorna while she gave birth was great with how the smaller cell she was in was similar to a Magneto prison and it was funny that all the work that they did was for nothing because she went into labor earlier then they wanted. It was also cool to see the underground using Lorna's out of control powers to try and track down where she is. And it was sad when everything stopped and Marcos’s didn’t know what that meant and he wanted to know if the baby and/or Lorna were dead and no one could answer those questions. Everything with the Strucker family was interesting with the visions or dreams that Lauren was having and I’m curious to know if it is a vision of the future and if it is a weird connection between her and Andy and if it is a telocentric connection they have and can use in the future. Reed was great with him dealing with his previous sedated powers finally coming up and I want to know what his powers are like and he has the wolf power all on his own because he doesn’t have any siblings. Catlin and Marcos’s going to the hacker was a messy scene and seemed overacted and made very little sense for all this anger over the little information they got. Then just overall this was a great first episode and I’m curious to see where all the storylines will go.

Legion Season 2 Episode 11 "Chapter 19" Review

David battles Farouk and tries to prevent the future.

This was a really amazing finale that had so many great moments to it. I really loved the battle at the beginning of the episode where David and Farouk were fighting with each other in any way possible. Then finally seeing Lenny's roll in this whole fight and what it is that she is supposed to shoot with a sniper was interesting but it was a little sad that her location was given away because of the second shot she did to save David. The whole conversation between David and Syd was great with Syd brings up how she is the true hero and David is the villain. I really liked how quickly the fixed the problem around David mind whipping Syd so that she would forget their conversation and just how everyone discovered David's tension was really great. I also really loved the ending where the trial that was supposed to be on Farouk changed and because about David and his future crimes. And it was so great how they finally brought up how David is not just crazy or powerful he is both and that is the problem when it comes to his power he can't figure out what is real and what isn't. Then the ending of David's escape from Division 3 was just amazing and I'm super excited to see what will happen now that it is David and Lenny vs everyone else. And just overall this was a really great episode and I can't wait to see what will happen next season.

Legion Season 2 Episode 10 "Chapter 18" Review

David is ready for his revenge, while Syd learns something shocking about him from Melanie.

This was a really great episode that did an amazing job of setting up for the final fight coming in the last episode. I really loved everything with Lenny, Cary, and Kerry with them getting into the place where David told them and Lenny planning for her chance to get her revenge on the Shadow King. Then everything with Syd was really interesting with her and Melanie having a conversation about the true nature of David and how much of a villain he truly is. I especially loved those moments with how they were connected back to David who was torturing Oliver for information at the same time these conversations were going on. Then just all the little tricks and characters out in the desert to try and stop everyone from reaching the Shadow Kings body was so entertaining and great. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and fun episode to watch and I’m very excited to see what will happen in the season finale.

Legion Season 2 Episode 9 "Chapter 17" Review

Inner demons take control.

This was a really interesting but slow episode that did have a lot of great moments to it. Everything around Melanie in this episode was interesting because we finally have gotten to see all of what she has been up to this season. Which basically has been that she has been taken over by Farouk through Oliver coming and talking to her about what she needs to do so that they can be back together. Which I did really love seeing some of the flashback moments of what things were like when Melanie and Oliver were younger as well as the good build up to the events that happened at the end of the last episode. Then everything with Cary and Kerry was great with them finally getting their mission from David on what they need to do to help him out which was they needed to deliver a weapon from Division 3 to this random parking lot outside of a motel. I really loved how this episode kept Cary and Kerry separated so they could interact with each other more and we could see the separation growing between Cary and Kerry. But having them separated so often and Cary's hard work to make Kerry more independent makes me really worried that something might happen to Carry. Then what was all going on with Lenny once she escaped Division 3 was really great because we saw her attempting to go back to her normal life but the want to help David was still there lurking in the back of her mind. The addition of having Amy come back as sort of a conscience for Lenny was a really great idea because they are such opposites of personalities and it just is a really great way to keep Amy around. Then just overall this was a really great episode and I'm excited to see what will happen next as the final showdown is about to start.

Legion Season 2 Episode 8 "Chapter 16" Review

David gets a lead on where a certain person's body might be, and he has a crazy plan to get there.

This was a really interesting episode that was really kind of boring and nothing in this episode was very impactful it was more just a lot of set up for the episodes to come. It was really cool to watch David put thoughts in peoples heads on how they're going to help him find the body, then actually watching some of them start going on there missions to help was fun. I did really love the scene where Syd and Clark are talking about David and how much of a problem he is and could be in the future and it was really great to see Syd evaluating her life with David and finally seeing some aspects of there relationship without the "love goggles" on. Then the little interlude in this episode talking about Plato's cave theory and how that and smartphones relate to the idea of people not caring about things that aren't right in front of them, that whole thing was a really great moment but it seemed really out of place and I could figure out how it tied back into everything else that is going on in this episode. Everything with Melanie in this episode made me both really angry and excited because I'm angry with how they have been treating Melanie in this season because she was such a strong and great character last season and now she has been withered to almost nothing. But I'm also excited to see what a mind-controlled Melanie might get up to in the episodes to come. Then just overall this was a really boring and unimportant episode and I'm very curious to see what will happen next.

Legion Season 2 Episode 7 "Chapter 15" Review

A delusion starts like any other idea ... But ends in disaster.

This was a really great episode with a lot of great moments to it. There wasn't a whole lot of David in this episode but what they did show was really great. With David finally confronting the Shadow King about what happened to his sister and making a statement that he will do whatever it takes to kill the Shadow King, all of that was just so amazing. Then everything with Syd, Ptonomy, Clark, and Kerry was just really great with there delusion and question about Admiral Fukyama taking over in drastic ways that they believe he is a lizard monster set to eat them and they decide to try and kill him before he can. I'm very curious to see what they are going to do with Ptonomy now that he is dead and kind of stuck in this weird cyberspace. The Shadow King going into the future to talk to the future version of Syd was really great especially with what it revealed, which was that without the Shadow King David becomes the villain. And that sounds like a great plot in the future if it comes true or I'm very excited to see what everyone will do to stop it from happening. Then just overall this was a really great episode and I'm excited to see what will happen next.

Legion Season 2 Episode 6 "Chapter 14" Review

What could have been...

This was a really great and fun episode that is a little disappointing because it was definitely a filler episode that had nothing to do with the main plot of the season but it still was a really amazing stand-alone episode. It was such an interesting episode because the way I interpreted the episode it was all focused on David's broken mind coming up with ways to cope with the loss of his sister and in that he created multiple realities to see different ways his and his sister's lives could have gone. I really don't know how to describe this episode as a whole so I'm going to break it down between the five different lives of David that we are introduced to. The first one is a life where David somehow becomes the richest man in the world and because he is so focused on work he has little of a relationship with his sister and this was an interesting life to see because it showed a bit of an evil side to David that I hope gets explored a bit more. Then there is a version of David where he is completely taken over by his illness and is homeless because of it and this was a great life to see just how out of control David's powers could be. Then there is the life where David is taken over by the drugs to stop his illness and in that life, he is more like a sleepy robot but it is also the life where he has the closest relationship to his sister. The life that I wish they would have gone more into detail with was the version of David where he is at a dinner talking about multiple realities and he really seems like a version of David where his own self-medication from illegal drugs have taken over his life. I wish they would have gone into more detail with this version to show more of what his life is like and what his relationship with his sister is like but still, it is kind of understandable why we got very little of this version because he kind of served as a narrator for the whole episode. Finally, there was the David we already know and have been following from the beginning but this episode gave more detail of Davids relationship with his sister and some events all leading up to him going to Clockworks which was so interesting to see. Then it was really interesting with how each of the version of David dying at some point in the episode except for the David we know so I'm wondering how much is that foreshadowing that for everyone to live in peace David has to die. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and amazing episode to watch and I can't wait to see what the next episode will bring.

Legion Season 2 Episode 5 "Chapter 13" Review

An uneasy reunion leads to a shocking truth.

This was a really great and amazing episode that told such a great story and had so many fantastic moments. I really enjoyed the return of Lenny and everyone at Division 3 trying to figure out why she is there and if she is still working for the Shadow King. It was really interesting how they chose to show Lenny in this episode where she is a very broken person trying to put the pieces of her life back together again. Along with that, they kept bringing up how Lenny's eyes changed from brown to blue so clearly, the Shadow King gave her someone else's body. Which kept me thinking throughout the whole episode who have we encountered with blue eyes because I knew it had to be someone we've already met and not just some random person. Then I figured out who Lenny is a few seconds before they gave the first major hint which was in the scene where David finally confronts Lenny. Then everything around Oliver and the Shadow King was really interesting in this episode with them being on this mission that is a secret until near the end and Oliver sort of tells the Shadow King how he plans of escaping. Then the ending of this episode was so amazing and so sad with the character that was killed off so that Lenny could live. Then just overall this was a really amazing episode that had so many good moments to it and I can't wait to see what the next episode will bring.

Legion Season 2 Episode 4 "Chapter 12" Review

David is tested. And tested. And tested.

This was a really interesting and great episode that did an amazing job of establishing some of Syd's backstory and also showing the relationship between David and Syd. It was really interesting to see the replay over and over again of Syd's history growing up and how she adjusted to life with her powers and how she struggled to form relationships because of it as well as how her powers affected her mother's relationship to other people because she was very protective over Syd. I really loved the idea of showing the same memories over and over again and David have to figure out what they all mean and with each time through we got an additional memory to help figure things out and each time David got something wrong. Then the whole story that Syd was actually trying to tell David was interesting with her stating that love is a very important thing but love alone can't protect them from what's to come with the Shadow King or something else. Then everything else at Division 3 was interesting with everyone waking up from the monk's hypnosis and discovering Syd and David and trying to figure out why they weren't waking up. Then just overall this was a really amazing and fun episode that was so interesting to watch and see how everything played out

Legion Season 2 Episode 3 "Chapter 11" Review

After being in the tank to talk to Farouk, David realizes something has changed in Division 3.

This was a really great and interesting episode that had so many amazing moments to it. I did really enjoy the whole scene with Farouk and David talking to each other and trying to plan out how best to find Farouk's body and what his plans are to do with it. In those scenes, it was also great with Lenny and her trying to convince David to help her find a way to escape from Farouk's mind and well David and Farouk are talking she is doing all these different things to try and kill herself but none of them are working. Then everything at Division 3 with the Monk was interesting with the Monk's power is being able to trap people inside there perfect world's essentially but for some reason, it doesn't work on children so he uses some other abilities to sort of control them. Then each of the different world's David had to go through to free his friends was interesting with Ptonomy's world being his wish to forget and Melanie's world being her wish to control everything and how David managed to free both of them was just so amazing with him finding ways to get around their wishes essentially. Then the whole backstory of what actually happened to the monks and where they put the Shadow Kings body was so amazing with just how the whole storyline played out and it slowly revealing what this one monk did to the rest of his group. Then it was interesting with Cary and Kerry and them finding a way to free each other because one of them trapped inside their mind while the other isn't. And the ending makes me very curious to see what is going on in Syd's mind because of what the preview showed it looks like the next episodes could be a lot about Syd's past which I'm really excited to see. So overall this was a really amazing and entertaining episode to watch and I'm really excited to see what the next episode will bring.

Legion Season 2 Episode 2 "Chapter 10" Review

David meets his oldest enemy.

This was a really great and entertaining episode that had so many great moments to it. I really loved the whole plot around David trying to use his connection to the Shadow King to track down the Shadows Kings movements and figure out what he's up to without revealing that he's working with the Shadow King to the rest of Division 3. It was a little confusing on the part with Syd and how they find this old music box that connects back to her and she somehow blames David for it. Then I really really loved finally being introduced to the real Shadow King and him and David fighting off in a battle of the minds to just show off how powerful David actually is. Then the storyline around Cary and Kerry was really interesting with the Shadow King messing with their abilities so now the male Cary goes inside the female Kerry and them sort of having to learn how to deal with that and find a way to fix it. Then the whole storyline around David working to find a way to get back to the future said to ask her more questions was interesting and fun with the female Kerry having to take over for the male Cary on the science side of things and their little bickering and stuff like that. But then once they actually did get David to the future it was interesting to see his whole conversation with the future Syd and learning what happens in the future if the Shadow King were to die. And with that, I'm really curious to see what parts of this potential future might actually play out with this newer bigger threat that's supposed to come and wipe out a lot of the population and I want to know just where the Shadow King plays and all that. Then I also want to know just how far in the future this actually is because they continue to do a really good job of hiding Syd's face a bit so you could see just how old she is. Then the ending was really great with David working around this loophole of telling the current Syd about the future Syd and everything around the future Syd wanting David to help the Shadow King and him working around not telling anyone because of the fact that Syd is the one who told him not to tell anyone. And just overall this was a really interesting and great episode and I'm really excited to see what they're going to do next with the Monk that is inside Division 3.

Legion Season 2 Episode 1 "Chapter 9" Review

Unlikely alliances are formed and the search for the Shadow King begins.

This was a really entertaining and fun episode that continued to do a good job of playing with what is real and what is in David's head. I really liked that they finally showed Division 3 and just how everything there looked and the weird guy who is in charge who you can't see his face it was just all really great. I'm a little confused by the sudden change in Division 3 where last season they seemed like this really secret service group that worked in the shadows but now in this one they are much more public and a much larger group of people. Then everything with David and Syd in this episode was great with them dealing with the fact that they have been separated for a year and everything has changed. Then I really liked the moment where Syd talks about how much David has changed and he reminds her that technically she is the one who has changed and he is still the same as he was the day he disappeared because to her it was a year but to him, it was a few hours. Then I really liked the scene inside David's head where he is talking to a "future" version of Syd and just how that whole scene was done with them talking without really talking and her using a light wand to communicate was all really great. Then the moments with the Shadow King were great with it being these random little pieces slowly being put out there of what Oliver has been up to since he left Summerland. Then the truth being put out there that David might be lying because Ptonomy saw David hanging out with the Shadow King in the year that David says he can't remember. Then the weird illness infecting people that are being spread around by the Shadow King is a really cool side story that I'm really excited to see what they are going to do there. Then just overall this was a really great first episode and I'm really excited to see where they will go next.

The Gifted Season 1 Episode 11 "3 X 1" Review

The mutants must decide who they can trust.

This was a really great and interesting episode that had a lot of really great moments to it. I didn't much care for the idea of the Strucker's decided to all the sudden leave and go to Mexico. I especially didn't like it because by the end of the episode they were just back to where they started so their whole trip was kind of pointless. But with that, it was nice to see a different mutant hideout and how it was operated and bringing back a few past characters. Then everything around the Frost triplets was so great because they were done so well with how they work well together and separate. And just how they weaved there way into everyone's mind to find some way to gain everyone's trust was so well done. Then the moments with Polaris in this episode was really interesting with it finally being shown that she knows nothing about her real father and is trying to remain away from the idea of finding out who he is but when the Frost triplets show up and say that they know her father that got her curious. So I'm excited to see how all that will play out and what truths will be revealed. Then the truth being shown of what Dr. Campbell has been working on was really interesting but I'm curious to know more. Like can the combined powers only work if the baseline powers are similar or can he combine any two powers together? Then just overall this was a really entertaining and interesting episode to watch and I'm curious to see what will happen in the season finale.

The Gifted Season 1 Episode 10 " eXploited" Review

Jace is forced to hand over something valuable to Dr. Campbell; the team is divided on what they should do next, so Reed and Caitlin take matters into their own hands.

This was a really interesting and entertaining episode that had a lot of really great moments to it. I really enjoyed all the moments with Lauren and Andy and them being asked to show the scientist what their powers do when their combined and the introduction of adamantium and all that stuff around that was just all interesting to see. How Dr. Campbell actually managed to convince Andy and Lauren to combine their powers was really evil and really shows his character's personality and I'm excited to see what's going to happen once the truth comes out to the rest of the underground members. Then when Andy and Lauren actually used their combined powers and what all happened was really amazing to see that their powers are so strong that they can even break through adamantium. Then the moments with Reed and Kate were interesting with them figuring out a way to get through Sentinel services and get their kids back and just how all that worked out was interesting to see. Then the truth coming out about Esme and her sisters and just how all the ending looked was amazing and I'm so excited to see what they're going to do with the triplet clones. And it was interesting how the rest of the underground dealt with Esme as they also they put the pieces together to figure out what she's actually up to. And just overall this was a really entertaining and exciting episode and I'm really excited to see where they're going to take the storyline next.

The Gifted Season 1 Episode 9 "outfoX" Review

The team develops a risky plan to help mutants in Sentinel Service's custody; Reed reveals details about his family history.

This was an okay but kind of boring episode that was a lot of setups but no real important part of it. Because a lot of this episode was dedicated to the team decided to go and break into Sentinel Services and find a way to free all the mutants that are stuck there. And that was just not all that excited I am very excited to see what's going to happen in the next episode now that Lauren and Andy have been caught and will be tested on to see their powers. But otherwise, just that whole set up to them being caught was really kind of boring. And I did enjoy the moment between Reed and Kate where they're talking about Reed's past and him explaining how he was once a mutant and her reaction to that was interesting with her feeling offended that he never told her but then when he clears it up and saying that he didn't even know her reaction changed and that was just really well done. Then I enjoyed the ending with Lauren and Andy and them having the chance to use the combined powers to save themselves but Andy hesitating because the fact that he doesn't want to hurt anyone and that was just interesting to see the sort of character development there. And that it was all so cool and they did have a little flashback moment that showed when Andy and Lauren first combined their powers and I'm not really realizing what it was but that's where to being the trigger moment to get them to both look into their powers in the first place. And then just overall this was a really boring and interesting episode to watch and see how everything played out and I'm interested to see what's going to happen in the next episode.

The Gifted Season 1 Episode 6 "got your siX" Review

Thunderbird spears a mission to get answers about what happened to his friend; Lauren encounters a new friend with useful powers.

This was a really interesting and entertaining episode that had a lot of great moments to it. I really liked how in this episode they introduced a bunch of other teenage mutants and had them showing off their powers and training on how to use their powers. And it was really interesting how they finally made some sort of connection to the X-Men which was with Thunderbird stating that the X-Men put him in charge of protecting all these mutants and creating of the Underground. So I'm really curious to see how that might come out or play in the future of Thunderbird storyline and I'd really like to see that connection between him and the X-Men. Then the whole mission with Eclipse and Reed going into the New Orleans state house to get all these files on the mutants that were sent there was interesting with how it was all shown and how it was all done. I didn't much care for Andy in this episode because the fact of how overconfident he seem to some extent where he thinks that he can solve every problem with his abilities and I did like that they did have the moment where Reed tried to talk him out of trying to fix their problems and yes he did come in handy during the break into the state house but he just thinks that he's better than he actually is and in my opinion he still needs some training. With that it was a little weird in the past episodes he seemed so unable to control his powers but in this episode seem to master it like he's known how to use his powers for years when he's only had his powers for a couple weeks so that was a little weird. I did really enjoy the scene where Polaris is training some of the mutants to use their abilities to fight and how Kate jumped in there to try and stop her what's interesting even though I still really don't like the character of Kate because she just never seems to learn anything. Where she gets all this information about what life is like for a mutant and stuff like that but then she just keeps saying that everything will get better with time and I just don't understand that mindset. Then the scene where Reed and Eclipse are heading back to the compound but end up running into a giant police barrier was really great seeing how everything was fixed but I definitely wish that they would have shown a bit more of what Polaris was doing because they did show some things where she was stopping the bullets from hitting the bus but there were so many going off that I have a hard time believing that she could truly stop all them. Then I'm very curious to know what's going on with Turner now that he is working with this doctor who is doing a bunch of research on mutants and I really want to know what this doctor wants with the Strucker children. And then just overall this was really entertaining and fun episode to watch.

The Gifted Season 1 Episode 4 "eXit strategy" Review

The mutants devise a plan to take down Sentinel Services; Eclipse looks to an old friend to obtain information; Lauren and Andy attempt to combine their powers to help the group.

It was a really great and entertaining episode that was so much fun to see how everything turned out and how they fix all the problems that they faced. And I really like the moments between Lauren and Andy in this episode and them figuring out a way to combine their powers to make them into a stronger force where Andy's powers are used for its destructive ability and then Lauren's powers are there to sort of guide Andy's. I just really like that because as I've said before their powers are really interesting because they're so similar but also really different. Then the whole plan to actually try and stop the Sentinel security trucks bringing Reed and Polaris to there high-security prison was really interesting to see all the different problems that they faced when their plans to go quite right. And I really loved the introduction of this other mutant who is a friend of Thunderbird and this other mutants ability is to sort of stop other mutants from using their abilities so that was interesting how Sentinel security was using mutants to sort of helping them. And then just the whole action sequence of everyone trying to get in and stop the Sentinel security was just so interesting and fun to see how every single one of the main characters played into it. Then the moments between Polaris and Reed in this episode were really interesting with how they started out not wanting to work with each other because Polaris sees Reed as the enemy but then when it came down to it they learn to work together and I'm just really interested to see how that might work in Reed's favor in the future. And then just overall this was a really amazing and entertaining episode watch and see and I'm really excited to see where the story go now that everyone's back together.

The Gifted Season 1 Episode 3 "eXodus" Review

In an attempt to reunite, Reed makes a deal with the Sentinel Services while Caitlin and the kids get help from someone outside the compound.

This was a really interesting and entertaining episode that had a lot of really great moments and a lot of very nice character development for some of the different characters. I really liked what they did with Reed in this episode with him going through all this different stuff with Sentinel security to try and find a way to get himself inside the Mutant Underground so then the Sentinel security can go in and capture them all. And then watching his development as he realizes himself that these mutants are not enemies they're still humans at the end of the day that still has feelings and there still people so him changing his tone and going on the side of the mutants because his kids and his family has just got to accept that they are mutants. So I kind of can't wait to see what they're going to do with him because they kind of hinted at him going to a high-security prison with another mutant which hopefully is Polaris so then all the different storylines can finally interconnect.  Then the moments with Kate going out and trying to find help for her family away from the underground was interesting with how her brother was very afraid of them at first because of how much his character developed as the episode went on and he remembered that this is his family. Then it was interesting to see how the two kids reacted to what has happened to there home since they left. Everything around Blink was really interesting with her not really knowing how to control her powers and Thunderbird trying to find a way to help her. Then it was interesting to finally see what Dreamer can do because of how her powers work where she can like transfer memories into peoples heads and just have them gain completely fake memories. Then the two name drops in the conversation between Thunderbird and Dreamer makes me really curious to know what happened to the two people Dreamer messed with because I know there is a Walker in the x-men universe where I think he was possessed by a demon or something like that but then I don't remember an Eve so maybe those two people might show up at some time hopefully. Then just overall this was a really entertaining and great episode that was so much fun to watch and I'm curious to see what will happen next.
