With nothing left to lose, Barry takes on Savitar in an epic conclusion.
This was an entertaining and really great episode that was a nice season finale episode that did a great job at wrapping everything up from the season as well as introduce some things for the next season. And I really love how they went about saving Iris and I really love that it didn't involve things like time travel but instead it was set up as a plan made by some of the team and left Barry out of it, but with that I'm a little sad who ended up dying in place of Iris. It was really interesting how Iris not dying affected Savitar. I didn't like the whole scene where for some reason the team tried to become friends with Savitar, I don't get it because I don't understand how that would ever work out and it really seemed like kind of a weird moment in this episode. It was interesting to see how Savitar interacted with Iris because deep down inside of him Savitar is still Barry and he still loves Iris so it was interesting to see him try and not feel those feeling he has for her. Then the scenes where they had Cisco and Killer Frost working to make this device that could split Savitar all through time were really interesting but I wonder how Savitar ever thought Cisco would actually make a device that would actually work for him. Then the moments with Killer Frost were really great with them making this cure that could turn her back to Caitlin and instead of just knocking Killer Frost out and giving the cure to her they gave her a choice to take the cure or not. And through giving her that choice she kind of developed more as a character and ended up somewhere in-between Caitlin and Killer Frost. And I'm very curious to see what they will do with her in the next season and if she might because almost a hero where she wouldn't necessarily become a part of team flash again but she will show up to help out when they need her. Then the ending was really interesting with them trying to go back to normal but the team is still suffering from the events of what happened and the was almost really great to see And at the very last moment everything kind of turned on its head and Barry was forced to make a choice and I'm curious to see where that choice might case next season and how Barry might get out of that situation I can't wait to see. So overall this was a really amazing and great season finale episode and I can't wait to see what they are going to do next season.
