The Librarians Season 4 Episode 7 "And the Disenchanted Forest" Review
When dissension threatens the group, Baird takes the Librarians to a charismatic self-help guru's team building camp on the edge of a forest where people have been mysteriously disappearing. Is there a monster in the woods? Or is something more sinister going on? And can the Librarians get their team mojo back in time to defeat it?
This was a really entertaining and great episode that was so much fun to watch all the twists and turns leading to the discovery of what is actually going on at the camp. I really liked the small bit of camp competition between The Librarians and DOSA and them fighting against each other but when things start getting really freaky they find a way to work together. The moments with Cassandra were fun with her doing all the different things that are usually apart of camp movies and Ezekiel having to deal with a brunt of her tricks. Then the moments with Stone were interesting with him finding a girl that really interests him and discovering the truth about her and her small ties back to the Library. Then the whole camp counselor was interesting with how they decided to have him operate where he knows that people are disappearing but he doesn't know how and he is trying his best not to look into it. Then the truth about the forest they were in was interesting with it being the first forest but the whole DOSA side of things felt a little weird because they seemed to change their minds really quickly from wanting to destroy the forest to wanting to set up all these protections actions to keep the forest stable and intact. And just overall this was a really fun and interesting episode to watch and see how everything turned out.
